Patient, kind, caring--the sweetest. It was Lulu's first time going to a groomer and because she is blind she is very sensitive to sound and touch. Andrea made Lulu feel as comfortable as possible by talking to her, playing calming music and giving her intermittent hugs. Best of all she looks and feels so much better! I wish I had a "before" photo to compare with as her fur was matted, uneven and a mess. Thank you, Andrea for coming to the rescue! My parents are beyond happy with her new look. We did a full service and the ladies were SO attentive to our dog's needs. They listened as I told them about her MANY conditions and problems and were very supportive of her. It also eased my mind when they sent constant picture updates of my Peanut. The best part is usually after a groomer appointment, Peanut disappears and hides because she had so much trauma, but she came home and it was like nothing had happened. She was a little tired, sure but she was bubbly, ate her food, and even did her tricks which was HUGE! We will be returning!! Thank you ladies!! Side note- they take CASH so be aware of this!!!

She's done within two hours and she always comes back looking so cute and happy. I get a cute picture of her every time she's groomed and scheduling is such a breeze. Anytime I've needed to make a change it's been easy and she's been more than accommodating getting me rescheduled asap. As much as I'd like to gate keep this spot I always recommend her to friends and family that are looking for a grooming spot that is affordable and treats their furbaby like family.
