This visit was eerily similar to my last visit right b4 I bought the Kia. On both visits, I walked into the showroom, browsed around, sat in a kona, looked at another few on the lot, and during the entire experience, not one person greeted me or said one word to me. The person at the front desk, who I assume is a greeter/receptionist/whatever, never moved a muscle. I guess she was at a critical point in her pokeymon game. Anyway, I will be buying a new hyundai, but absolutely not at a bowser dealership

Then literally the visit after our 60,000 mile service, they tried to have us repeat the exact hoses, belts and fluid changes at the inspection visit 6 months later. They even included a video "showing" how the fluid looked dark and required changing. They apologized and gave us a "free oil change ". Beware.

Within 4 hours, he diagnosed it, fixed every problem, and did it with kindness and respect. So he in his garage did all of it, and Chris the Service Manager, ( I use the work Manager loosely here, this guy is a clown) could not even come up with any sort of issue to start a claim with my warranty company in the 5.5 hours that my car was there. Took it for a test drive, everything turned out smooth and proceeded with the purchase. They told me that the service desk would call me within a week for the windshield. 1-2 Weeks go past no call from the service desk. I call no answer multiple times. About 2-3 weeks after i had purchased the vehicle the siding started to come off. Took it to my uncle who is a mechanic and said they just glued it on. All the clips were missing so they just glued it to the door. This past week I had went on vacation. Drove to South Carolina for 6 days and then Virginia for 2 days. As I got to Virginia it had started to downpour. As i was getting off the highway I heard a noise that wasn't occurring at all until then. I thought it the suitcases in the back of my car until my boyfriend told me to pull over. I pulled over and my bumper is dragging on the road hanging by a thread. Glue all over the inside of it. Again, instead of replacing the part they just slapped on some glue and called it a day. This is my first time ever purchasing a car. The most terrible experience and service I have ever received. A former employee told me that they had repainted the car on the passenger side and the back of it after i had bought the car. I looked on Carfax to see if the car had been in an accident but nothing showed nor did the dealership tell me. All they told me was that the vehicle was in perfect condition. Do not waste your money to this company. They are just a bunch of crooks and liars who do it all for the money!
