I've worked with David, Jacob, Brian, and James, and can't speak more highly of all of them! They've all helped me in various ways, the past few years, during both emergencies and routine maintenance. It all started in Labor Day 2021, when I had just flown here from Arlington, VA (Washington, DC), to "hug my dad for surviving COVID," as he returned home from the hospital after starting at the VA, then being at a private hospital for 5-weeks, and he was scheduled to be discharged Labor Day weekend, just as his basement sewage plumbing backed up! I was so overwhelmed. I called 1.800 Water Mitigation, to remove all the HAZMAT, then get going on the dehumidifiers, fans, and worked with USAA to re-build the entire basement thereafter, and for the stopped-up toilet, I called Hyper Flow. James helped me snake the basement toilet, and begin to explain all of home plumbing to me. That was 4-years ago. Then I began hiring Hyper Flow to slowly rebuild two upstairs toilets that my dad had perhaps not maintained as well as ideal (he was on fixed income, after all, so no judgment), as well as the two upstairs bathroom sinks, then ultimately I hired them to replace the Kitchen Sink Faucet (James did this work, as Brian was the manager, who helped me assess the problem and do the estimate). James also helped me get my Water Heater (that a different company installed, that was no up-to-code) up to code, per the retroactive Home Inspection, and James helped me install a mainline water shutoff. My house is finally in ship-shape - on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC - all thanks to Kyle, the owner of Hyper Flow. Highly recommend! FYI, they've also jetted my lateral sewage line pipes - twice - and I will be hiring them for the excavation of the line that connects to my HOA main sewage line, before it connects to the City of Denver, once that time comes. During a recent windstorm, we had a 40+ft pine in our backyard crack at the base and fall onto our nearby locust tree (thankfully it held and only brushed the house). Unfortunately, since the locust tree also split, we had to get both removed. Mind you, this was early afternoon and we had strong winds projected the rest of the day, threatening to push them both over even further, into the house or the neighbor's yard. Within an hour of calling around to various emergency tree service companies (and being badgered by HomeAdvisor), Jay picked up the phone, confirmed he could be out immediately, and was out to survey the issue in no time. He gave a fair estimate, planned the project for the next day (due to the winds still we had to push it to the next day for safety), and had the quote in our email inbox within 2 hours. Better yet, him and his crew were in our backyard on time (7 AM the next morning) and prepared for a full day to not only take down both trees, but take them AWAY for us too. They were all super respectful of our yard, pleasant to chat with, and cleaned up every bit of tree scrap that came down.
