So the city workers came because first it looked like the problem was outside the line of the house, and they left around 4 only telling us the problem wasn't theirs but we needed to fix it. Anyway, the time went by and at 6pm there was still no water or drain service in my house. I went to look someone on the pages of our friendly and most trusty online pages of YELP and I found this gem. They do not disappoint. They are also cheaper than other places I called also (of course I needed to check prices). Of course I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone that asks me for plumbing services.

This is poor service on a contract YOU sold me and for an appointment that YOU made and for YOU not responding to my messages.

The company recently changed the membership pricing structure -- but instead of improving value, they increased the cost to five times higher, now charging per HVAC and water heater unit, per year, not per household. That means I'd now be paying significantly more just for the right to get a "discount," which makes the membership essentially pointless. It feels like I'm paying for the discount itself (maybe more so) and not actually receiving benefits. What makes this worse is that no proactive notice, explanation, or justification was provided to existing customers. I only found out when I looked into scheduling my routine fall HVAC maintenance. A major pricing and policy change like this should be communicated clearly, transparently, and respectfully -- especially to customers who have been loyal and previously trusted the company with their home systems. This comes across as misleading and very poor business practice, and it's an easy way to drive away customers who have been supportive for years. Sadly, this change has made me rethink doing business with them going forward. This is not only misleading but feels like a calculated money-grab disguised as a benefit. It also reflects poor business judgment and questionable customer-focused ethics. Prior members should be aware that the "membership" no longer provides true value and may cost far more than it saves -- proceed with caution.

During this great winter freeze of 2018, one of the control valves on my tankless water heater apparently had been leaking for some time, and finally iced over on last Wednesday, causing one of the on/off levers on the hot water separation tube to ice over and knock the lever out of its socket, which caused a perpetual leak from the hot water tube. The technician came in record time to assess my problem and determined that the valve kit needed to be replaced. As a precautionary measure, he suggested replacing the cold water tube valve kits as well, which was a great idea. The tech. checked his Job "price book" and determined that my job would cost $600.00, but since I was a club member, I would get a discount. He did not have the kits and had to return to his office to make the order; thus, he came back on the next morning to complete the job. I have to admit, the job is excellent, but the cost was something I did not expect, but I needed the repair so that I could have hot water. I have American Home Sheild, but they do not handle the tankless water heater issues, so I did not call them for the service. As I was in a tight situation by not having hot water, I did not have time to search for other bids for the job. I can never complain about the workmanship of Mr. Wright's Plummers and Electricians, but the cost was a bit excessive. On a side note; maybe the large amount included the cost of the five-year warranty on the parts. Just my thoughts on that.

He came out and did what he could to drain our mainline to get it working again. A couple days later the backup started to happen again, so he came back out as he promised if everything didn't go well, and drained the line again. This time he got it all and it's been working great. He has a great attitude and is a pleasure to work with.
