Tiramisu cake yummy
Gilberto C.

Nice, clean,Cousy super friendly close attention. Owner personally attention. The waitress was very nice attentive with a great smile. The food was delicious. My Milano chicken. Don't let the small bowl fool you because it's a lot. The large spaghetti meatballs really two people could eat of it. The egg plant platter delicious. To make the story short everything was excellent!! I must say that I strongly recommend this place. Out of the other two places that I visited this is #1 the best of the 3. Must try place!!

Excellent in all fronts from food to service to ambiance. We got the chicken piccata and chicken bucatini florentine and they were delicious and great portions. The taste, freshness and portion were just amazing! Thnx guys!

Shrimp Vesuvius! OMG! I'm from New Orleans, and this is the best shrimp 'n grits ever!!! Rich and creamy, shrimp perfectly done, tomatoes and spinach, a tad spicy but not too much. Everything else was good too! Fantastico! Grazie!

Lunch is from 11-5 pm!! Lunch specials start at $10 includes soup or salad AND fettuccine Alfredo it spaghetti marinara. $15 has pastas with protein in them. You can add proteins for an up charge. Shelby was wonderful and the owner comes table side to greet you. Impressed with a beyond 3pm lunch cutoff. Take advantage!! I rushed everyone thinking lunch was going to be unavailable. Sweet service and delicious food.

Autumn Crostini

we dined in this evening, we made a reservation as it was suggested online. We were greeted by the hostess and seated right away. This is a small but lovely restaurant, mom and Pop Italian restaurant. We ordered the Autumn Crostini to start, and it was very good and flavorful with mushrooms, blistered tomatoes, fresh ingredients. Next, we had a Caesar salad that was very flavorful, beautiful, green lettuce, and Housemade dressing for dinner. I ordered the chicken Diablo, which consisted of chicken, shrimp, vegetable. My dish had a kick, but it was very good just the right amount of spice and the vegetables tasted fantastic. I can't wait to dine in here and try something different everyone at our table enjoyed their dishes, and the service was great! yummy!

Yesterday was my first and i will be going here more often. I have been to Italy and it was absolutely amazing and delicious. It felt like a real Italian restaurant, friendly staff and amazing food.

Lasagna Bolognese

First time at Pazzo Pastaria...meeting my family for lunch. Pazzzo appears to be a neighborhood restaurant with a warm and welcoming feel. They have a lunch menu, which is reasonably priced. It feels like your at home in your mom's kitchen. Our server Shelly highlighted a few popular dishes and ones like chicken Parmesan and Eggplant Parmesan that can only be ordered at lunch. We ordered the spaghetti bolognese, chicken Parmesan, lasagna bolegnase and chicken piccata bowl. The owner visited our table to inquire about our meals. In unison we said delicious! All their pastas and dishes are made from scratch. The spaghetti was a bit larger than the standard sphaghetti but tasted very fresh. Paz'zo Pastaria was a hit for us!

Great wine suggestion!

A++ on everything! Met another couple for dinner on a Wednesday night. MADE RESERVATIONS- yes, even on a Wednesday. This place fills UP! We sat in a cozy corner where we could enjoy our evening with friends. Our server was amazing. (I feel bad that I cannot remember her name! ) She made fabulous wine & dinner suggestions- and was so knowledgable on the entire menu. Attentiveness was on point. Everything we ate was delicious! All pastas are made fresh to order and WOW does that make a difference! Appetizers-Calamari with delicious dipping sauce, and Spin/Artichoke dip. Lasagna- huuge! And our friend really enjoyed his Chicken Parm. Husband really enjoyed his Buccatini con Salsiccia (+sausage & red pepper..) Excellent! We'll be back again!

From the moment we walked in, we felt like part of the family. The warm, welcoming atmosphere made the evening feel special and comfortable at the same time. The staff was genuinely friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about what they do. The food was absolutely outstanding. The scratch-made pasta was some of the best we've ever tasted--fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced with sauces that tasted like they came straight from Italy. Every bite reminded us why authentic Italian cooking is truly an art. This is hands down the best Italian meal we've had in a long time. It's the kind of restaurant that leaves you already planning your next visit before you've even left. Just make sure to book ahead--reservations are a must, and for good reason. Highly recommend to anyone looking for authentic Italian food with a true family touch.

Do you have a gender neutral restroom or family restroom? An elderly member of our party would possibly need assistance and has an attendant to help in these situations, but the individual is male and the nurse is female.

We have one restroom that is non gender specific and handicap accessible.

Hi there. Can we order take out on the afternoon of 31st? We want this for New Year's Eve to enjoy at home.

We open at 11:30. The size of your order and when you place it will effect how we can accommodate it. We will definitely not be able to do any to-gos after 5pm.

Is there delivery for this restaurant?

No delivery, we offer pick up to-go on Tuesday-Thursday

She knew portion sizes, flavor profiles, and made sure we were happy with food selections. Ambiance: place is trendy. Decor was really nice and the place felt welcoming. My spouse and I could converse in a regular level and never felt as if we needed to shout to be heard. Food: Delicious! We opted for the 7 course prefix meal and it didn't disappoint. We added the shrimp and Brussels sprouts appetizer (which we took home). As this was our first time, we don't realize they had different menus. Everything we had was phenomenal. We will be back. But once we sat down, it made sense. Everything is made to order, and you can taste the difference. There was only one server handling the entire floor, and when a rush hit all at once, it definitely got busy fast. But here's the thing... she handled it with grace. Even when you could tell she was juggling a lot, she stayed attentive, kind, and kept checking in on us. That kind of effort deserves recognition. Now let's talk about the real star of the show... The Texas French Toast. Oh. My. Goodness. Thick, golden, perfectly cooked slices topped with homemade whipped cream and fresh berries that tasted like they were picked that morning. It wasn't just good, it was indulgent in the best way. Sweet without being overwhelming. Rich but balanced. I couldn't even finish it (which says a lot), and happily boxed the rest up. The only regret? I ate all the berries first. Rookie mistake. My husband ordered one of the hash plates and said it was solid comfort food... hearty, flavorful, and filling. He couldn't finish his either, so I'm definitely sneaking a few bites later. Overall, we left impressed. The food feels intentional. The flavors feel thoughtful. It's the kind of local spot you want to root for. And the fact that they serve pork lumpia for lunch? Say less. We'll be back for that. If you're looking for a cozy, made-from-scratch brunch spot in Universal City, this one is worth the wait. Good food takes time, and this place proves it. ***This review is based on my taste buds. It arrived with feta all over even though I had requested no feta on either one, but In all fairness to them, from what I can tell of the receipts included, my comment was nowhere to be seen so shame on Uber Eats for providing what appears to be a useless comment field. Onto the salad itself, packed well and full of veggies. Everything was fresh, no wilted lettuce or anything like that. I was a little disappointed at the small dressing size for a salad this size. Was also incredibly underwhelmed by the salmon. For a $6.20 each up charge, the portion was tiny, and worst still, completely cold and straight up brick hard (think a step or 2 above jerky hardness/dryness). The included croissant was pretty decent. Overall nothing too impressive. I would eat here again and try a diff protein but wouldn't be in a rush to do so.

Waitress/owner rude!!!!…read more My family and I have been going to Bella Sera for years. We regularly bring large groups of 15-20 people for family gatherings, and until recently, we've always enjoyed both the food and the customer service. The owners know us, and we've had many friendly conversations with them over the years. Unfortunately, our most recent visit left a very negative impression. I personally didn't order food because I had already eaten, but I did have a water, and my son ordered a soda, which we paid for. When the owner/waitress brought out the bread, I took a piece and was told, "The bread is for people who bought food. If you want bread, buy some." I found this comment incredibly rude and unnecessary. Considering that our family was there with a party of around 20 people and has been supporting this restaurant for years, it was surprising and disappointing to be spoken to that way. My own family members at the table were offering me bread, yet I was made to feel unwelcome over a single piece. It felt like being told that people can't share food at the same table, which seems unreasonable. To make matters worse, my cousin also had a negative experience regarding the tip. Because the gratuity wasn't added to the receipt, the owner reportedly wanted to see proof of the tip before the party left. My cousin was planning to leave a cash tip on the table, but asking a customer to show or prove their tip is inappropriate and unprofessional. The food is still excellent, which makes this experience even more disappointing. However, customer service matters, and after being treated this way, I don't plan on returning.
