The manager (Sean?) was incredibly rude to his employees, especially the boy working the drive thru who made an error in ringing up an order but communicated the proper order verbally to help speed the process. After the manager essentially screamed at him and sighed numerous times he helped the boy correct the error. The manager then proceeded to sigh and complain about the backup of orders and made it known both physically and verbally.
