Bull is great. Bartenders have seen better days. They don't understand how to deal with a crowd, they are rude, rare to service consistently and well- should be replaced. Looks only get you so far...and most of them don't even have that going for them. read more

Came for drinks and apps before the Phillies game. So disappointing.... I read reviews and thought it would be a fun and lively place to go with friends but our server ruined the whole experience. Talk about a miserable looking individual who has never heard of customer service. First, one of my friends recently had a hip replacement and asked to sit in a chair with a back instead of the unsteady stools available. She said that was not possible because those tables were reserved for parties of 5 or greater although it was not busy at all. Secondly, I ordered a Bloody Mary and she returned with a glass with some ice, tomato juice and a bit of vodka. I asked if I could have an olive or some celery to make the drink look like a Bloody Mary, but again, she couldn't accommodate. Thankfully, the food was decent because the service was terrible! I am glad there are other bars at Xfinity Live! that we can check out in the future but I refuse to spend my time and money to be treated as miserably as this server looked. read more

I got in touch with "Sigourney" to plan a Bachelorette party. After playing phone tag for a few days, we finally made contact through text. She offered us "free cover" and "jump the line." Then stated she wanted us to feel VIP so she offered us a table with no minimum! When we arrived, she was so accomodating and fun! She arranged for me and 3 of my friemds to ride the bull and provided great service. At the end of the night, I forgot my card and she brought it out to us where we were waiting for a ride. She also told me to get in contact with her next time we wanted to come back. Great first time for all of us in my group! read more

This bar is definitely one of a kind. As it is one of many bars within XfinityLive, it is always the most lively. There is a mechanical bull in the center for customers entertainment as well as dancers that do choreographed line dances. Although it is clearly not meant to be 5 star restaurant status, the food is good. I particularly enjoy the club atmosphere that their nightlife brings. Around 8 or 9pm the lights are turned down with club lighting set. The dancers come out and the drunk people riding the bull slowly increases. It gets crowded pretty fast so you must like a PARTY when you come here, and can always guarantee to have a good time. The music is a mix of hip country music and top 40. It's a good range of different music but is often made choppy by the DJ. I have revisited many times and plan to attend a few upcoming events at XfinityLive. I would suggest this venue to anyone visiting Philadelphia or attending a sporting event or concert at the surrounding attractions. read more

Glorified strip club. The food and service were awful. Our expectations were low to begin with and they couldn't even meet them. We showed up before lunch during a phillies and flyers game, with a sixes game later that night. They were out of three things on their extremely limited menu. The food took FOREVER. The food was awful, service was terrible and we sat in front of the bartender so there was no excuse. They were not even lose to busy and had plenty of staff standing around. Slow service. They blame it on the new menu. It's pulled pork. It should be made already. really. We just got more beers that we didn't order. And we have been sitting for an hour waiting for food. Ummm...if I could, I would give this place zero stars, but since I can't, one star will just have to do...so, where do I begin...let's start off with the fact that the place wasn't even packed despite it being about 1.5 hours before the start of the Phillies game. So, one would think that food and drinks would come out on a timely manner, right? Wrong! The service was horrible! Our server definitely did not want to be there and after waiting 30 minutes for our drinks, which didn't come out all at the same time, he wasn't the only one. Besides the staffer rolling his eyes at us when we asked for something, there seemed to be no attempt at urgency or courtesy overall from not only him, but any staffer we encountered. Our appetizers came out super late, sorry, but dumping a bag of stale chips from a bag into a bowl and scooping out watered down salsa, and guacamole from a jar shouldn't take more than 45 minutes, but it did. We watched servers carrying food and asking tables if the meal on the tray belonged to them, not just once, but almost every time a server came out with food the same thing would happen. Our main courses took an additional hour and a half to arrive and even then we had to wait another 10 minutes for one person at our table to get their meal. Our sever never took the menus from us after we ordered and so we had to stack them at the end of the table. We also had to ask for silverware and napkins after receiving our plates, and after about 8 minutes of no one showing up with anything, one person from our group went to one of the other restaurants to get us napkins. When our server finally did show up with what we thought was silverware, he handed us a bunch of knives and told us that they ran out of forks without giving an explanation or even a promise that they were doing their best to get us any, he just shrugged his shoulders and sauntered away. How the heck do you run out of forks!!! Forks! You're a building full of 5 restaurants that share the same space and out of that entire place they couldn't get any forks or even attempt to find plastic ones. We had to ask the table behind us if they wouldn't mind giving us one of their own (non-used) forks. As our table began to dive into their meals, little things started to become noticeable, like the piece of hair in my burrito, someone missing guacamole, another person sour cream, and yet another person missing dressing for their salad. With the dread of having to wait hours to get anything from the staff, no one said a word about the missing items, or hair found in the food and just quickly finished whatever they could with their fingers (remember, no forks still), and got out as soon as we could manage it. Sadly, we were not the only ones who experienced such poor service, but you could hear other folks murmuring their complaints to one another as well. At first, I thought that the place was understaffed, but after seeing waiters chatting it up with the pretty bartenders, waitresses practicing the "Texas two-step" in the hallway by the bathroom, and another waitress taking her time show off her skills by riding the bull, it really just comes down to the incompetency of the managers who run the place like a frat party, with their lack of organization or care for anything besides hoping people get drunk enough to forget their bad experience without complaint. To top off the evening, there was no compensation for the lack of forks, incomplete meals, and lateness on everything besides the bill. Going into this place, I wasn't expecting anything near to five-star service by any means, but for a chain restaurant that boasts about their various locales around the country on their website, I would think there are some standards that they had to adhere to. Sadly, this place not only left a bad taste in my mouth (literally), but I don't plan to ever go back unless it's the only place that was left standing after a meteoroid hit the earth destroying everything in its wake. read more

Wednesday night my family of 5 and I went to PBR to have dinner before the Jingle Ball concert. The hostesses were very pleasant and sat us at a lovely big booth in the front of the restaurant. We were greeted by our waitress Erin who was awesome and so pleasant. We ordered appetizers, entrees and dessert and she was on top of it all, even making sure all of our concerns were met with my sons allergies and that his sandwich was ordered correctly. She was great!!! Although my daughter was not old enough to ride the bull, the bartender was great, letting her take a picture and even helping her jump on. We really enjoyed the atmosphere, the staff and the food and my family and I will be back! read more

What a mistake....I was at this establishment last night before heading over to the Phils game. The game had started so the place was pretty empty. We were seated in the outdoor part at a hightop table. Our waitress was uninformed about what beers were available and there tastes when we asked. We ordered burgers that were awful. What upset us the most was the waitress that was on duty and serving us was at the same time seated at a table a few feet away from us with other employees , eating dinner and texting on their phones. So while we are waiting for our beers she was shoving her face with food without a care in the world. So unprofessional, the employees should not be in sight while taking a break or waiting for the kitchen orders even if the restaurant was deserted. We did ask to speak to a manager at the end of our meal to express our concerns, and was told the manager stepped out... Do not waste your money at this establishment read more
