PCH Car Co is not a good company. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM!!! They will sell you a car that might look good and they will make everything sound good but it really is crap. They will have there fake techs in the back work on your car and they don't even know what they are doing at all. I bought a BMW from them and the techs messed up the trans pan on the car. They never fixed it and I had to pay for it out of my pocket at a BMW dealership. Not happy at all. The Idrive that controls the screen never worked and the techs that worked at PCH Car Co didn't even know how to fix it so I had to pay out of my pocket to have BMW fix that as well. Oh and don't let me start on the registration part of the car that's a nightmare. I can't get ahold of anyone that works there when I call. I live in Las Vegas and bought the car from them. So I don't just live around the corner so I can't just pop up. It's been over a year now and they keep giving me the run around. Don't buy from PCH Car Co!!! I WARN YOU... STAY AWAY!!!!

    Tires

Man, where do begin? When I first test drove my Land Rover I noticed the brakes were bad. So as part of the terms of buying it I was told they would check the brakes and such before it went home with me. They also "checked" the rotors. They kept my car for almost two weeks and then returned it to me. Well then there was a tire issue, I returned it and they put THE WRONG SIZE TIRES ON THE VEHICLE. Then, I MYSELF went and purchased the CORRECT sized tires just because they were taking so long to fix it that I was desperate to leave and drive my vehicle. "The manager of the auto repair part of their shop told me "people should expect to have issues with a used car, it's not like they are buying a new car" I told him that's interesting but putting the wrong size tires in a car is a safety issue. He was agitated and charged me for the repair and I left pissed. Fast forward. I waited 4 months until they FINALLY sent me the registration for the car. So in between then I wasn't able to drive it. I was pulled over twice for not having license plates and I tried to explain the issue and the police told me the car would have to sit in the driveway until I revived the plates. I called and left messages and never received a return call. ( I live part time in Colorado and part time in California so I wasn't able to walk in) finally the tags and license plate came in in January... I bought the Rover in August. I also wasn't able to take home my car until September.... almost a month after I purchased it. So fun story I finally got my license and tags in January and when I started driving the car it was making the same awful noise as when I purchased it. So. I took it in to a mechanic to be evaluated. Low and behold the ROTORS WERE THE WRONG SIZE AS WELL. The mechanics begged me not to drive the car and told me it was a complete hazard and they have no idea how they could have sold me a car in this condition. The brakes were non existent and the rotars were a size to small. Do not purchase from this lot. You will regret it. All in all I bought the Land Rover, wasn't able to drive it for two weeks picked it up, had more issues, paid more money to their mechanics shop then ended up paying an extra 1,100 to fix the mistake that was listed in my vehicles purchase warranty. If they truly "Checked" the brakes then they should have caught this. If not they are not only negligent, They are incompetent. Be warned.

With PCH Car Co it was so smooth and easy. I have purchased my first ever car and my experience was fantastic, if I can give them more than 5 starts I would. They treat you like family and try to accommodate all your needs. Would recommend everyone to come here and get the best service ever. Ricky is the MAN!!!! Loved working with him! We're coming back soon for my sister's car!!! I'm in love with my car!

    Absolutely in love!

First time buying a car and I picked the perfect place to do so. Walked in looking for a car that fit me just right. I was greeted as soon as I stepped in, and was given immediate attention! Thank you to employee Petra, who helped me through this entire process and explained in depth and made sure I understood. Incredibly smart employers here. Very patient, and determined in making sure the best deal is given. Now I have a car, and that wouldn't have been possible without Petra's guidance and determination. Absolutely in love with me car!!!! Without a doubt PCH is the place to go!!!

Took a month for me to post this but I just have to do it. Had one of the easiest, stress-free, and most pleasant experience with this business. It started when I got a call from Sam and I told him my situation, what I need and asked if they can assist me with it. The call was made Monday night - I got the keys to the 2015 Scion FRS Release 1.0 Tuesday evening. Keith assisted me every step of the way and this all happened over text and phone calls. To say they exceeded my expectation is an understatement. Every single one at PCH was friendly and very accommodating. Will definitely spread the word around.

Scrolling through ad after ad on CarGurus, I finally managed to land on a listing from Autonique over in Oceanside, CA for the exact car I was looking to purchase. Low miles, Great price. I sent a request for information via the CarGurus site and within literal minutes, the buying experience began. To call me a nervous buyer is putting it mildly. But on the other end of the phone was my salesman, Teo. From the second we started talking I knew I'd found the right place. He could sense my nervousness and immediately began explaining the process to me. Let's face it, buying a car sight unseen, out of state, and requiring transport, can put the anxiety to a level of 10 real quick. Teo was completely unphased and managed to calm my nerves immediately. I have purchased many cars over my lifetime, and can arguably say this was the most pain free purchase, transport, and delivery of a vehicle to date. No hidden fees, no questions unanswered, the deal I wanted, and the PERFECT car both inside and out, exactly as advertised. To Teo and Sam, a heartfelt THANK YOU from Mississippi! 100/10 would buy from you again!

1 star. Do not bring your car here…read more I brought myJeep SRT8 in for a valve cover, oil pan, and crank seal job on 5/8. Got it back 5/13, five days for a two-day quote. It was smoking before I even got back to work. Oil dripping onto the headers. Returned it same day, they re-torqued and sent me home. Still smoking. Dropped it back off 5/14 at 3:10PM. Picked up 5/15. Two lights from the shop my transmission started slipping hard in second gear. Turned right back around. Owner Ricky confirmed the slip on a test drive. His first question was whether I'd done aftermarket work to the transmission, trying to make it my fault before we even got back to the shop. Plugged in a scanner, found an old unrelated stored code, erased it, drove it again. His conclusion: "I don't know what to tell you." I pointed out the transmission was perfect at drop-off. He got angry. Said no one drove it, they only idled it. Then offered to pull camera footage as proof. I said let's go watch it right now. He said he had other things to do. This happened in front of my fiancée and two of his own employees. No intake paperwork was made when I returned the car, no mileage logged for the exact period the transmission failed. What I can tell you is the mileage on my car does not support the story they're telling. A certified third-party inspection from the shop literally 150 feet away documented my transmission passing with zero issues the same morning I dropped off. The oil pan job on the 6.1L HEMI also requires physically moving the transmission for access. They did something and when confronted with the proof, they dodged cameras and kicked me out. BAR complaint filed. Small claims next. Update "Response to Ricky, thank you for responding publicly this actually helps me significantly. You identified yourself here as "Business Manager." When I asked you in person for the owner, you said you were in front of witnesses. That is now publicly documented. Regarding the OBD codes : the stored code found was a historical "lost communication with TCM" event. That is not a transmission mechanical failure code. It is entirely unrelated to active gear slipping. Any qualified technician or BAR investigator will confirm those are two completely different things. Regarding the SRT8 being driven aggressively: on the morning of my drop-off, another shop conducted a certified digital multi-point inspection of my vehicle. 31 of 33 systems passed. Transmission was in the green. The only red flags were the exact leaks I hired you to fix. That inspection is timestamped and on record. A performance vehicle with aggressive driving history does not pass a certified inspection hours before drop-off and then suddenly fail two blocks from your shop after picking up You stated the transmission was not touched. The 6.1L HEMI oil pan job requires the transmission to be lowered for access. It does not need to be fully removed to be disturbed. You also claim no evidence exists linking your repairs to the transmission failure. There is also no intake paperwork from my return visit, meaning no mileage baseline exists for the exact period the failure occurred. That absence of documentation benefits only one party, and it is not me. Your building advertises transmission services. You told me to my face you don't diagnose transmissions. Thank You Sir

I reached out to Toyota Carlsbad as their website showed they had a 2026 RAV4 FWD in stock. Hamid, the salesperson, reached back out to me to let me know that they did not have that specific configuration in stock, but had an open reservation that was in transit. He let me know I could put a refundable deposit to reserve it. I decided to proceed with that and it was very easy with their reservation system. Hamid kept me up to date on the status of the vehicle. When it arrived, my wife and I scheduled a time to do a test drive. When we got to the dealership, it was out and ready for us. Hamid showed the car and its features to us. My wife did the test drive as I needed to watch our baby. After the test drive, Hamid gave us a quote for the car and some options. The quote was very competitive and he did not try to pressure us into any add-ons. We wanted to think about it for a day as we were test driving other cars, which Hamid was amenable to. My wife and I talked it over and were having a hard time picking which car we liked. Since I did not get a chance to test drive the RAV4 myself, I reached back out to Hamid the next day and asked if he was okay letting me come back to test drive myself.
