This car dealershp totally ruined my life. I was in a car accident in june of 2016. My car was totaled. I am a rideshare driver so in order for me to work I must have a car. I had exactly $4000 to spend. After looking all over San Diego for a used car for under $4000 I found a car in auto trader online at PCH car co. It was listed as a 2012 dodge caliber for $4995. I though maybe I could get them to sell it to me for $4000 cash. I caalled first and made sure the car was there and to see if they had other used cars to see for under $4000 he said yes we do. I drove 45 to oceanside to see the car. When I arrived the car salesman showed me the dodge. They had no other used cars in the price range to see. I explained my situation to the car salesman. My situation is that the car I had that was just totaled I had only 5 months, I had bought it using $8000 I had borrowed from my edlerly parents, I still owed them the money the monthly payments i was making totaled $800 per month, The $4000 I had was from the insurance money I recieved from the man who had hit me and totaled my car. I needed to buy a car so I could get back to work. I had already missed 3 weeks of work, which is about $3000 in lost income. I am also going thru cancer treatment and have Dr. appointments I have to go to. I needed a car right away. The car salesman that I explained all of this to said that the car I wanted cost $6000. I said it is listed online for $4995. He said well that is a mistake it should be $6000 but i will honor the $4995 price. He got the paperwork out and told me he did not feel comfortable selling me the car without an extended warranty. I have bad credit because of over $60,000 in medical bills. having cancer is not cheap. He told me that he could only finance the car if it had an extended warranty. So he added a $5000 warranty to the price of the car. He also without me knowing put the price of the car as $6000. Not the $4995 he said he would honor. Also the car was a 2011 not a 2012 like it was listed online. I was there in the office from 10am to past 3pm trying to get the car salesman to explain to me why I HAD to have a warranty. He said he could not finance the car without a warranty. He was fully aware of my cancer situation , my situation of already paying $800 a month for a car I was not even driving anymore and that with a $223 car payment for the dodge plus my old car payment of $800 and another $200 for ritdeshare insurance I would be paying over $1200 in car payments per month just to be able to drive a 2011 dodge and be able to work. I was tired and hungry and just wanted to get a car so i could work again and not keep drowning in unpaid bills. I asked if there was a cancellation fee if I cancelled the warranty later if the car got totaled or something. He said no there is not. That was a lie. There was a $65 cacellation fee. I signed the contract and gave them $4000 in cash. I had the car a few days when I was reading thru the fine print on the w arranty. I found there was a cancellation fee and I was upset the car salesman told there was not a fee. i called him on the phone and told him there was a fee. He got all angry and said he would just tear up the contract. I could just bring the car back and pay the restocking fee. Even though I was not the one who was trying to renig on this contract. I demanded to speak to the owner of the dealership. They refused. so i hung up and called my lawyer. The salesman called me back and said pch would cover any cancellation fees. I drove the dodge for exactly 7 months, the car got terrible gas mileage. Even though it was a 4 cylinder. I never used the warranty. In the 7 months i had to replace the battery, and buy a new tire after running over a nail. I purchased the car in july of 2016, in March of 2017 I was struck by a car that ran a red light and the dodge was totaled I was injured as well. I paid $1552 in car payments, $4000 cash upfront. I am a rideshare driver so I put over 24,000 miles on the car so the warranty was used up by mileage. So when I got the money from the other party insurance for the damage PCH car company kept all of it. They refused to let me have any of it. So I paid over $10,000 for a 2011 dodge caliber I drove for 7 months. Thats over $1000 a month for a really crappy car. My attorney tried everything to get them to do the right thing and they refused. So now I have no car, I have no job because I cannot be a rideshare driver without a car. I have not been able to work since the accident so I am now homeless. I still owe $800 per month to my elderly parents. PCH car company would do this to a woman who has cancer they would do this to anyone. They do not care about customers all they care about is money. I would avoid this dealership at all costs. They are lying, unsympathetic jerks. I would not be homeless right now if I had not done business with this dealership. read more

This should be your first stop for buying a used car in Oceanside. There are as many dealerships as Starbucks these days and most have a hint of smarmy to them, but this place was miles above 'em. This was our 3rd stop in a run of 4 places we'd narrowed down based on Yelp reviews. Here's what's different about this place. First, they let us wander around for a decent amount of time, so we didn't feel pressured to engage. We were acknowledged with a laid back smile and a wave and encouraged to just let them know if we need anything. Chris was our first contact, but throughout the afternoon we met just about everyone on the amiable team. Chris' whole demeanor was that of what a used car sales person should be. "Take as much time as you like. Drive as many cars as you like. Go, have fun." Those words really stuck with me because I truly believe if you're going to part with a big chunk of your hard earned money then buying a car should be fun~ We knew we wanted a convertible and we test drove three. We have a sharp angle going up into our narrow garage so each one was tested driving in and out of it, so make sure they'd fit. The first fit great, but felt like driving a toy car. The second one scraped on the bottom because it hung a bit lower (bummer because this was our fav) and the third one just didn't feel as good driving as well as the 2nd. Each time we came back they'd ask how it went, we'd present our findings and then they'd either suggest another vehicle or a solution (how to raise the car or smooth the driveway). They're relatively new kids on the block. Family owned/ran, originally from Utah then Orange County and now here. We spent enough time to know these are the real kind of people you'd hang with, have a beer or martini with and be comfortable buying a car from. Good to know. Discounts for cash is a thing of the past. If you want a solid, quality car you're going to need to invest in one (Under 5K isn't going to get you much these days). Do your homework. Check out their inventory on their website first (Pchcar.com), research the car(s) you want and go there ready to find the one. They are fair and they have financing to make the right car affordable. If you're indecisive about which vehicle is best for you, they're highly skilled at helping you break it down. Really good to know: They have on site mechanic/detailing services and offer on ongoing car maintenance. Love having the guy who prepped my car for sale, who knows it inside and out being available to keep it in great condition. As a whole, this was an excellent car buying experience for us. If you know Minis you know this service, done right, is not cheap. PCH agreed to include the service in the price. After hearing stories about Dave's wild motorcycle days, an awesome local custom body shop, and custom cabinet maker, and agreeing to a time to return the car for service (1 week from purchase) we got the papers signed and left with the awesome Countryman. Seriously... PCH takes the gold medal in the car buying experience. The dealers, financing, and mechanic team at this dealership were amazing! The culture in this family owned business is so genuine and they treat you as if you were there family too. From the moment my boyfriend and I stepped on the lot they accommodated us in every way possible. We have purchased many cars from different dealerships and I can assure you that PCH has gained a life long buyer. The process was painless. We stopped by on our way home from breakfast and had the pleasure of talking with Ayman (he was awesome!) he handed us the keys without hesitation and sent us for a test drive. This is one of the best sales experiences I've ever had!!!! You often hear horror stories and DREAD talking to a car salesman, but not here! I was welcomed and treated very well as a walk-in. I saw their posting for a 2007 4Runner online and knew I had to have it. I like to think I know quite a lot about these vehicles so without request they showed me the vehicle Carfax and went over the services done and were willing to negotiate a service to be done that was included in my final sale! They also have a warranty product for used cars! Overall this dealership has a friendly and welcoming atmosphere you wouldn't expect from a car dealer, their line of cars are some of the classiest around at reasonable prices that won't be beat. First, Keith and Marcus were a great help. Very professional through and through. Gave me a bottled water while we were going over everything. Took care of the registration, which isn't always the case. They put their vehicles through an intense inspection process and it's thorough. I love the truck I bought from them. One more thing, I didn't have the check that day but verified to them that I had the funds, and they let me take the vehicle for the day and trust it that I would bring the check in the next day. I ended up doing just that, but just a level of trust that they put in me to do all that and then me the vehicle for the day that it took me to get the check just really made me feel like I was being treated like royalty. Wow... why I never bought a car from the Mr. Haddadin's dealership before is beyond me. Mr. Haddadin and all his employees are very trustworthy and really cared about me and my girlfriend as customers. Because I work in Emergency Room at a Hospital in Laguna Beach off PCH I always heard great things about this dealership from doctors, nurses, and fire fighters. When it came time to buy a new car I was bummed Mr. Haddadin upgrade his dealership to a bigger lot in Oceanside. My girlfriend told me the Train Station was literally 7 minutes walking distance from his new PCH Car Co so that's exactly what we did. The dealership had a great variety of European and American made cars. PCH Car Co is seriously the best car buying experience I ever had. We were referred to PCH Car Company in Oceanside by the dealer across the street...we found this unusual for a competitor, but having followed his advice, we were greeted warmly at PCH by a saleswoman who turned out to be the owner of PCH's daughter. When I had questions, she asked her father, Ed, to join us. He directed us to autos in the price and style range we sought. At no time did we feel pressured, rather it was like spending time with family or old friends. He adjusted the already low price and made sure all things were in perfect order. We plan to obtain an additional vehicle next year and my nephew is buying an automobile for college in May or June...we already know where we will be shopping. The car was 10 years old but looked and drove like new and the advertised price was extremely attractive. The condition was near flawless with exception of a few barely noticeable blemishes. They took care of me as soon as I stepped foot on their property. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. They do not pressure you at all to buy and are willing to go out of their way to help you. I've never had a more easier/helpful in-house financing process. Bought a car from them last weekend and I can honestly say I had a great experience there. The owner personally helped me and my husband out. He let us test drive several cars without hesitation. We took our time and didn't feel rushed or pressured to buy a car. I am currently military and the guy who helped us with the payment part was ex-military. He was very reasonable with us and did his best to accommodate our situation. We then worked with the owner brother, David, to close the deal. He was very friendly and great to work with. I had to check in for myself to believe this was true-- recently my car started having some serious trouble and my boyfriend and I dumped a few thousand into it and I was completely over it. We searched for two weeks online to find anything that we could afford, and we stumbled on PCH website. I called and left a voicemail, and less than 2 minutes later I got a call back and they invited me in and I was able to go and take a look at a Toyota they were offering. I got my Genesis R-spec sedan at this place and My experience was great! I would definitely come back and refer everyone I know. The cars here are given much attention to detail w/ low miles. Charles was straight forward about all details. I was allowed to take the car and drive it as I would normally drive with no reservations. To my surprise PCH had a used Range Rover that was accidentally priced wrong but honored the price because I saw it online. Needless to say I got a great SUV for an awesome price! I had been looking to purchase a new truck and had some credit issues to overcome. PCH Car Co. had an awesome truck that fit every need I had and they offered it at a great price. I live about an hour from PCH, but Petra and Ed were really helpful in making all the financial arrangements ahead of time.
