Little things can often make the difference between a successful dining experience and not and here were a few of the small things that were provided that make a difference. I ordered the pancakes and my server suggested a side of scrambled eggs. The food: I received two pancakes which were well done, light and fluffy and the perfect size. I also received plenty of butter (so many places don't give you enough butter) an ample amount of steamed milk for my tea (another area that always seems to be pretty hard to get right). One thing that always drives me crazy was the fact that my scrambled eggs were served in the same dish as my pancakes. I hate this as the syrup inevitably gets to the eggs. Fortunately, I had a second small dish under my tea (which is also a great thing to get, to place my tea bag). I used this dish for my eggs. Another nice convenience was the mug for my tea which had a handle that I could actually put my fingers through (another area that restaurants fail to provide). In addition, I also ordered a side of sausage which came in patties form and was pretty tasty. The Bottom Line: As always my "customer so what" would I come back? The answer, probably. Although the ambiance was substandard, the food was good the service was as well so, it more than likely would be worth another visit on my next stop in town.

The beans were not drained well, which I'm guessing--combined with the tomatoes--caused it. The lox bagel was beautiful but very hard to eat. The owners might want to consider dicing the tomatoes, onions, and cucumbers, as there's no way to eat this without deconstructing it. The salmon was good quality. Next time, I'd get a seasoned bagel instead of plain--it would probably be epic on an everything bagel. There are many other options for breakfast or lunch, and we would probably come back to try something different.

The people at the store were very friendly when we entered and greeted us warmly. The gentleman at the counter making the breakfast sandwiches was helpful as he took our orders. The sandwich sandwiches were hot and generously filled with eggs and cheese. I was a tad disappointed to see that they use American cheese, but perhaps if you ask for cheddar cheese, they have it. Still, the breakfast sandwiches were delicious and hit the spot! We won't hesitate to return again.

Title: Terrible Experience at PDQ - Avoid This Location I've been to many PDQ restaurants, but my recent visit to this particular location was a complete disaster. I feel compelled to share my experience to save others from a similar ordeal. Hygiene and Cleanliness: The first red flag was the condition of the tables. I tested eight of them by lightly placing my hand on top, and to my horror, my hand stuck to the table due to some unidentified sticky substance. It was a clear indicator of poor cleanliness and hygiene. To make matters worse, I observed an employee simply removing items from a table without wiping it down properly. No wonder the tables were filthy. I also witnessed an employee using the same broom to sweep the floor and then clean the seats. This lack of sanitation standards was highly concerning. Inattentive Staff: Despite six employees supposedly working, most of the time, they were engrossed in their phones, neglecting their responsibilities. It was frustrating to see such a lack of professionalism and customer service. Payment Mishap: The ordering process was equally frustrating. The girl who took our order used the wrong credit card machine, and our credit card did not work as a result. She casually mentioned, "Oh, yes, that machine doesn't work." This lack of attention to detail caused unnecessary inconvenience. Food Quality: We ordered a chicken sandwich combo, and it was a disappointment. The sandwich was dry and tasteless, as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp for an eternity. The only redeeming factor was that the fries were hot and fresh. However, the overall quality of the food left much to be desired. Health Concerns: To top it all off, my wife fell ill later, and we suspect she may have contracted food poisoning from the meal we had at this PDQ location. In conclusion, this particular PDQ restaurant was by far the worst I've ever visited. From the unclean tables to the inattentive staff, and the subpar food quality, this experience left me deeply dissatisfied and concerned for the health and safety of patrons. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this location and choose a different PDQ branch for a better dining experience. read more

My wife and I decided to try this place as we heard a lot of good things about it. Everything is chicken. Menu consists of tenders, nuggets and salads. We both ordered the tenders. My wife told me to order these as they are larger than nuggets. Ala carte, five tenders will set u back $7.50. For about 2.50 more, you can get a combo with includes bottomless sodas from a machine that makes hundreds of flavors plus either french fries or potato nuggets. We opted for fries. The chicken was fried but very fresh as it is made to order. Five large tenders. Fries were shoestrings... nothing to write home about. What I did like is that they use Simply Heintz ketchup which is free of high fructose corn syrup. The tenders come with a choice of dipping sauce. You get two. I'm sure you can get two different ones but we opted for sweet chili bbq which I found was very good. This is fast food but on a slightly higher level Place is super clean with tables and booths. Order takers are friendly and efficient. On another note..a hand washing station is provided near the entrance to the restrooms. Quality liquid soap is used. A step bar provides the rinsing water. Next time, I will try one of their salads. The Mediterranean looked awesome. I saw a customer eating that Prices are very reasonable. read more

This PDQ literally has no service whatsoever. I was in the drive thru for five minutes without the line moving at all. Then I parked and walked inside - only to find there were like 3 people working (including the cooks). No one even acknowledged me when I was inside for about 5 minutes. i recommend going to the PDQ at Federal and Oakland over this one - at least until some time has passed and they're able to hire more people. read more

I had a great meal in Dania Pointe earlier this year and was really looking to treating myself. While ordering I noticed that prices have gone way up. The cry and fry, their signature onion rings and fries has gone 60-70 percent! It was almost $9 for three onion rings and a few fries. The real crime was that it wasn't even that good. I may cry as I write this but that was my last one. The onion rings are typically oversized and these weren't. When it was priced at $5 I used to be given such a large portion that my whole family would share it. Now it was one large onion ring and two small ones and a few measly fry ends at the bottom. The burger that was over $10 and slopped together wasn't much better. Customer service also missed the mark. when I was ordering I said and I wanted a fry and cry to which the cashier replied in a snarky tone oh you want a cry and fry? I am really disappointed in you BurgerFi. They recently came out of bankruptcy and I can see why. The Big A$$ Pretzel at $16 seems ridiculously priced. Try it though because there are some really good-looking items on their menu.
