Good intentions, they tried to correct things but just plain unbeatable incompetence!! WORST EXPERIENCE POSSIBLE with these guys. Had to reprint some large fabric media prints last minute due to unexplained pixelation. The simple postcards these guys printed had an alien green color to them, too late for us so still had pass them out at a tradeshow with a green face. They gave us a refund and sent another batch for free. Guess what, the new batch had the backside printed UPSIDE down, UNREAL! If this is a quality print shop, I have no words left....sucks!! read more

PDQ Printing went far above and beyond my expectations for a recent project. My experiences with printers in the past has been very hit and miss, so when we had a project come up with a major time-crunch, I was worried that we wouldn't be able to find a printer who could come through for us. Our company was attending a very large trade-show in Vegas and we needed a local printer ASAP. I did a bit of emailing around to different Vegas printing companies; not only was Chris from PDQ the first to get back to me, but he was also BY FAR the most professional and attentive. It's clear he really knows his stuff and he even overnighted us a sample package of paper types all the way up to Canada before we made our decision to go with PDQ. Amazing customer service. Communication was clear, concise and timely. We were able to get our project printed right on schedule and it came out beautifully. He even offered to bring the printed materials to us at the trade show. Our project was probably a very small job for them in the grand scheme of things, but they treated us like we were their most important client. The day before we were to fly from Canada to Las Vegas (to attend a tradeshow), we realized banners we had just had printed in Toronto where an awful shade of green. I wish I could say something good since PDQ has been around since I was a child. Thought "Hey, PDQ would be a great place to have my wedding invites printed"....I spoke to someone and asked if it was possible to print everything I needed and was told "Yes, go to our preferred paper source and pick out some invitation suites and bring those in." So I did. $122 later. Called and emailed SEVERAL more times only to be ignore, was responded to via email until I needed to get the estimate/quote for price and then nothing, totally ignored. Ended up calling and the very person I had been emailing answered the phone. When I explained who I was and that I had emailed her continuously, she was caught off guard (as if she ignored me I would just go away) stumbled around with her words and let me know her machines would not be able to print my 3 by 5 enclosure cards. "That's fine." I said, "Can I please get a quote for the invite and RSVP cards?" She said, "Ok, I'll get that to you today." Needless to say 3 days later and 2 weeks after my first correspondence, I have received little to NOTHING from her. If it's something they can't do let me know, that = good business. I get that it was a relatively small order (75 invites, 75 RSVP's and 75 enclosure cards) but business is business. Her actions = bad business. Totally disappointed and irritated. read more

Went in on a whim hoping to get some good prints made of a drawing. I've never had much luck with prints. A gal at the front, Debbie Jo, helped me out and ran a few quality copies for me. We were still trying to get more detail to pick up so a nice man that worked there dropped his projects to help us out and scanned the original and printed it in their back room. While I was waiting for the final print, Debbie Jo walked me through the options they offered as far as size and paper-finish goes - just for future reference. Then one of the higher-ups came out and chit chatted with us about the company - Patty - very friendly. I left with a great print and will be back and will refer friends and coworkers. These people are so nice - they really listened to the results I was after and the more the asked me the more they were geared toward reaching the same results.
