He was always communicative, prompt and friendly. He offered for us to come out to the showroom and see the windows and doors in person. I went with the Milgard Trinsic Windows and Doors. Second, the install team was excellent. Every day, they arrived on time and hit the ground running. Having a number of contractors for projects over the past 5 years, this team has been the best. I moved out of the house during the project, but I stopped by daily and everything was always cleaned up and in order. Third, I really appreciated the effort and thoroughness on the last day of cleaning the exterior and especially the interior of the house. The team takes great pride in their work and you can tell that is 100% employee owned. If I had to say there was a down side, its you may be in for a wait when placing your order because their work is in high demand (the first year quote, I would have had to wait 4-5 months). The job was easy to schedule with Andrew Torres, the owner, as he is an great communicator and very understanding of our needs. Giovanni, the man who came to do the work, did an amazing job and it was super comfortable and pleasant to have in my home. He was competent, efficient, thorough, and went above and beyond in performing the job. It was another great experience. They will be returning to do more work outside next month. I highly recommend Crystal Clear. And their prices are very reasonable and more than competitive.
