I had my third carpet cleaning service with Peace Frog today! I've been using them for the past 5 years and everytime, they do an exceptional job. The scheduling process is super easy, Cameron's customer service on the phone is excellent and you hang up knowing everything needed for a successful appointment. They'll call you 30 minutes before arriving which is ample time to finish what you're doing and let the technician in. They always prepare corners and doors so as not to scratch them in the cleaning process. The tech also wears booties while walking around so they don't track dirt in. At the end, I appreciate the walkthrough to ensure their service meets my expectations. My tech today, Jason, was prompt, polite and professional. We love, love, love the Frog. Queen-sized futon mattress had large stain -- don't know source or how long it had been there. Lori came out a couple of days ago and worked on it -- stain gone. She decided to lean it on a rubber exercise mat over a metal bar to dry. Unfortunately, it seems that the chemical(s) used dissolved some of the rubber. Peace Frog sent her back out, and she just left...having removed the rubber stains and fragment -- at no charge. Peace Frog has cleaned carpets, living room furniture, and deck furniture for us. He also took great care with all my furniture & accessories that needed to be moved. Fantastic job cleaning our carpet and tile. Were able to get deep stains out of high-traffic areas of carpet which I would have thought impossible (and which prior cleaners had not). Tile looks new. I recently bought some used couches from a co-worker. He has kids, dogs and smokes regularly. The condition of the couches were fair considering their years of use but I still wanted to get them cleaned to try to remove stains and reduce the odor. Making my appointment was a breeze. I made an inquiry on prices through Yelp and Sam responded very quick via email. I was able to make an appointment with him over the phone. He was super professional and set my expectations for my upcoming visit. When it came close to my arrival window, I got a text with a short bio of the tech who would be visiting along with his picture. Real nifty for those who are security conscious. When my tech, Ryan M, arrived he went above and beyond to explain what he would be doing and set a time frame of when he expected to be done, which he met! Wow, this is definitely a 5 star carpet cleaner! The communication was clear. They showed up on time, after giving me 30 minutes notice. The carpet I wanted them to clean in a renal where we wanted to make sure we got our deposit back was destroyed and stained badly by our dog. When they got done cleaning it, it looked like new! They cared about cleaning the carpet as well as cleaning the grout in the breakfast room and kitchen. The only complaint was when the pat the liquid down for the grout it splashed up all over the lower cabinets and when dried it was all white "stuff ". Had a time cleaning the cabinets , but the grout looked perfect. Probably have them out again soon for the carpet. Have to call them regarding old puppy pee. Oops! Huh? read more

I've just hung up the phone with Sam from Peace Frog. After talking with them twice and an offer to re-clean the rugs with a system that doesn't work on cleaning these rugs, as they need a deep clean (something that Peace Frog is unable to provide, as I incorrectly was told in the beginning when making the appointment) met with a solid "no thanks" from me, I have been told that there will not be a refund of any sort. So, not only was I misled from the get go on what their capabilities are, they basically just swindled me out of the $123 and were pretty rude about it. Therefore, never ever EVER will I send anyone to Peace Frog, I'll make sure to let everyone know when looking for cleaning NOT to ever use these folks... because integrity is everything and they can't seem to do any better with that than they have with cleaning the rugs. I had all the common areas cleaned by Peace Frog today, including cleaning and sealing the tile grout, steaming the carpets, and cleaning an area rug. They are still finishing up, but so far the floors look incredible and CLEAN. You cannot truly understand how mentally exhausting it can be to walk on unclean floors until you finally have them sanitized and all the grout stains removed. The carpets and area rug look new, and the one place where I had a pet stain that I was not able to fully resolve despite exhaustive effort, has been blissfully disappeared by these wizards in my home with their hoses and mops. It wasn't the cheapest service in town, but I've had carpets and tile professionally cleaned before, and they weren't even half as good as these. The service technicians were punctual and friendly. I would use this service again-- and intend to have them come out to pressure clean my pool area posthaste. The one bummer is I wanted to have them blow out the dryer vent, but my dryer is on a pedestal attachment (for the dryer) and they couldn't move it to get back there. Finally I do want to admit to a guilty pleasure of reading the negative reviews for a company with nearly all 5-star reviews. To the guy who thought they should clean his apartment FOR FREE because they were 30 minutes late--- you're exactly the kind of troll I enjoy laughing at on a Saturday. read more

Our tech, Jason was great! We got a text when he was 30 min out from arriving which I always appreciate. He was very respectful of our home and sweet with my kiddos. Most importantly he did a great job cleaning our couch, rugs and a chair in a timely fashion. Alex came out for a simple tile cleaning in our laundry/mud room. Nothing huge, just hadn't been done in the 8 years we've been here. Mopping, sure... but not deep cleaning. He re-measured to make sure I'd done it right, took a look and got to work. He was finished WELL before I thought he would be - quick and efficient and the work was done, not just glossed over/hurried through. He even went back and put some extra work into two places the grout looked a little different than the rest of the floor. Spectacularly pleased! For what it's worth, this is also the "dog room" and while the dog is pad-trained, she's not missed ONCE since the floor was cleaned, which tells me any dog-sensible trace of smell to her nose was gone, too! read more

I've used a number of carpet cleaning services over the years as my family and I manage rental properties as well as our own homes. I had reached a point with most of them that I could do as good a job as many I had tried so why bother. However, I needed carpets cleaned and ran out of time to do it myself so decided to check Yelp for a new company. That's when I found Peace Frog. FIRST of all, the technician Phil, was professional and courteous, calling ahead of time and showing up promptly. When the job (3 rooms) was taking a bit longer than anticipated, the owner Matt came over to supervise the job. That in and of itself was impressive. To make things even better, Matt went so far as to really tackle the paint that my painters had managed to slop in the closets (that I didn't even know about) and left my carpets looking almost brand spanking new! This is a HUGE thing for a house with white carpet and boys! My parents were so impressed, they are already scheduling an appointment with Matt and his crew to clean the carpets in their house this week and I've called several local friends already to recommend them. Pretty disappointed, ngl. They cleaned and clear sealed the grout in my house-business (all business, just in a house that is not lived in) and I legit couldn't tell the difference. I have plenty of before and after pictures. So I call PF to come back out. The manager comes, seemingly nice. He spot cleans 2 places on the floor while telling me all the reasons why the grout has no hope left. Okay. But after the spot cleans dry it's super, mega obvious that the first clean was bogus. The spot cleans were so clean that I was happy with the thought that they would come back and redo the work. James even offered to do a color stain to hide problem areas at "not quite 50% off", whatever that means, but... Note: there are areas in my ~400sqft floor that reveal that light grout was placed over dark grout. I get that. But it does not overwrite the fact that the first job they did stunk and the second spot clean was a solid 300% better than the entire first clean. ... So I write them back and ask for a relean. And a demo of a stain color. Stain color demo is a go, reclean is not. And they will generously offer me a 10% (so not close to "not quite 50%") discount on a grout stain job that includes me paying for a surface clean. Which means in the end I would be paying over $1300 for ~400sqft of, at this point, pure annoyance. So I tell them to cancel the demo and forget me. I would save my money and wouldn't bother with PF. My standards aren't high. And I hate calling back for a reclean so freaking much that the fact I did and was dismissed so easily tells me that this company cares more about their churn and burn then they do the quality of their job. read more
