Cons: They're not the cheapest option, generally, but the work is good. I wanted them to do upholstery cleaning of my sectional, but at the time, they were unable to provide portable steaming. So if they can't park their truck close enough to your door for their hoses to reach, they may not be the best option. Overall, a satisfied customer. read more

That I sought their services for the fourth time is testimony to that fact. Their representative James first came, made a clear, unambiguous evaluation of work and costs, got consent and scheduled service date right away. Due to heavy rains, I had to reschedule. PEACE FROG accommodated the reschedule request without additional cost. Excellent work and incredibly professional! I would absolutely hire them again. We hired peace frog on a bind to clean our tile flooring for our house that was on the market. They scheduled us in quickly despite not knowing the square footage of the area, but looked up our house's information to provide their best guess estimate. They were very up front and clear that their quote is their best guess and that the technician who comes out would officially measure and confirm. The tech that came out measured and they were not too far off, it was only $25 more than what they had quoted. This was my first time using any carpet cleaning company. I had asked how the carpet would be cleaned and they said a tarp would be put out in my drive way and rugs cleaned on top of that. I was okay with that. However when it came time to inspect and dry my rugs that's where I got annoyed. It was close to 6pm so it was getting dark out. He said they had to air dry for a few hours or put them back in my home. I was not putting the rugs back in my home still wet. I had thought there was a suction or drying process afterwards. No there was not. Something the person who had set up the appointment should've emphasized since not everyone has a garage or empty driveway to dry a damn rug. The guy suggested putting the rugs over my fence which I had no choice but to agree too otherwise they'd lay flat in my grass. So my rugs stayed outside to dry and then the following day I noticed that there was fur still on my rug from my dog. So I'm not entirely happy because I think you should vacuum the rug then clean it with the machine. And if he did vacuum- the vacuum sucks! After my service I had a friend move my large rug to dry on my porch because in my neighborhood things get stolen. Now I cannot lift a 8*10 rug myself to drag it in my house so I waited the next day until my roommate arrived and then my ring camera showed stray cats had been climbing all over it prior. At this point I was just wanting it to be recleaned because I'm allergic. So I called to see if they could come back out to re clean it. Apparently since I agreed to having my rug dry on the fence I'd have to pay the $110 minimum again for them to come back out to do another half ass job:) read more

Jacob from Peace Frog was my tech guy for cleaning my carpets today and he did a great job! He was on time and friendly and ready to go. Since I have cats, I had plenty of stains but also I plan to pull up the carpet next spring so didn't want the more intensive treatment I could've gotten. Sam was great to deal with! He was kind, friendly, patient, and cheerful despite having to fight through rush hour traffic from Lago Vista to North Austin. He explained all the services relevant to me and particularly noted the clogged dryer vents he'd seen at other houses. Even though it was probably already past his regular work hours, he was still willing to add the dryer vent cleaning to my order. He searched the perimeter and roof to locate the vent and had to climb up there several times as the sun was setting. I'm neither knowledgeable nor experienced with houses and very much appreciated his enthusiasm and patience in showing me the clogged vent. He also noted my dryer vent was narrower than typical ones so it would need to be inspected more frequently. He showed me how to inspect and even clean it myself to save money. Sam also pulled out the heavy dryer, painstakingly reworked the dryer duct to a more direct path, pulled off the old duct tape, and attached the duct with the correct tape. Then he had to maneuver himself out of the tight spot needed to ease the duct into a straighter position. For the other work as well, he showed and explained the procedure and final results. Sam rocks! I would definitely recommend him to others. You can request technicians, too. Peace Frog has such a high level of customer satisfaction that its appointments are often booked several days in advance. If you need their services, try to book as early as possible and also pick the earliest appointment in the day.
