Then after arriving for one of our planned layout meetings, we could not see the slab because it was unavailable. After finally having the layout meeting, one part of the backsplash was installed upside down and another part was cut from a different section without notifying us. After so many issues, I shared with them my concerns and they admitted fault and reduced the bill some. I have never written a review before for a product or company (good or bad), but I do not want anyone to suffer this type of customer service that I encountered at MC Granite.

Issues were with defective backsplash, not being cut straight, scratch /gouge in the countertop and polish finish on the bathroom countertop. I was directed and talked to Carlos at the Jasper facility who I was told was the shop manager. Carlos should not be interfacing with customers. He had no intention of resolving the problems and was inclined to perform a Rube Goldberg fix in the field. At one point Carlos told me that the customer is not always right. Our conversation ended shortly after that.

Subsequently with seeing even more install issues that are solely on Granite & Marble Solutions, they are completely unresponsive and keep kicking the can down the road. Very bad customer service. Pretty clear that they just hope I will go away. It's been very disappointing to have spent the money we did and have all the install issues which permanently impact the quality and look of the stone. I've waited a long time to post a review hoping they would come to the table.

We picked out what we wanted, quartz and a couple of days later once our vanity was installed, Legacy came over and took exact measurements and about 10 days later they installed the countertop. She even set us up with suppliers to go see the pieces in person. (one actually came to meet us on a Saturday morning early). When the time came to install, the guys did a really good job. Recently we were upgrading a few items around our home and called to several places for prices on…read moredelivered sand. Southern Landscape Supply not only had the best prices but the lowest delivery charges. We decided to stop off to look at the products to ascertain the quality of the product and to verify which sand was the one for the job. Chris, the General Manager of the location, was there that Saturday and extremely helpful with advice on which product of theirs would be best for the job we were working on to get the best results. We originally requested delivery for the same date, which they could accommodate. After leaving we realized that we had a few projects to complete to make our project run more smoothly. We called to change delivery for to the next weekend. They were kind about our needing to delay the delivery and worked with us without any issues or attitude - in fact they were really friendly and understanding about the requested change for delivery date. The next weekend they let us know when the driver would be headed our way instead of just having him show up. The driver who delivered the sand was also fantastic -- he had to back down a hilled driveway and through a narrow gate to get the product as close to the area we needed it as possible. His great driving prevented us from wheelbarrowing two tons of sand all over creation. My back sends him my sincere gratitude too! Next time I will not call all over to get a price -- I will call Chris and the team at Southern Landscape Supply FIRST. They will be my go to for any of their products from here forward.

I usually write reviews to share great experiences, even when things aren't perfect, as long as people show effort and kindness. I came here for a small project with plans to purchase at least six slabs of quartzite over the next few months, plus several larger projects down the line. Albert assured me he'd send a photo and have my small piece cut the next day. Since then, I've called every day. On the second day, he didn't remember me. On the third, he didn't know what I needed, asked me to come back, and promised to call or text within 30 minutes -- but never did. I'm a loyal customer who likes to start small before committing to big projects. If a business treats the "small" jobs with respect, they earn the large ones. Unfortunately, this experience showed me the opposite. I won't be recommending this place, and I'll gladly wait to work with a company that values all customers, no matter the size of the project.
