I ordered multiple items for a brunch through Ubereats. Their order system was super easy to customize (prep preference+if you need add/opt the ingredients), menu were well described- which I loved! Breakfast items except for the toast really hit the spot. Ranch hand omelette had full of meats and hash brown and corned beef hash were nice and crispy! Also gravy had full of flavor. Robb Cobb salad was huge with a lot of meat on in and it tasted great. Problems were toast and corned beef sandwich. I ordered Texas toast which ended up being regular thin white bread. And the sandwich. I ordered it without cheese due to my dairy allergy and it came with so much cheese. Also the amount of meat was so skimpy for the price. This was my first time eating at Peach's and I have to say it's not my favorite place for breakfast. The omelette was more on the greasy side and the hashed potato was a little over done. The coffee was very weak (almost watered down). On the plus side, the portions were good, and the server was very attentive. The inside of the place is a little worn - gives a vintage greasy spoon kinda place vibe. Most of the folks seemed to be on the older side so maybe it just more traditional tastes. read more

Have been enjoying breakfast at Peach's for a long time. Always good food, wonderful service and friendly folks. What happened? A recent visit was unpleasant and disappointing. The server had an sour look and our order of corned beef hash was so overly spiced (new cook in the kitchen?) that it was almost inedible, and -- BTW -- had been slopped on a plate and slung on the table in front of us. Oh, thanks. That's hospitable. It was as if we we an inconvenience to the server Couldn't wait to leave. Peaches was always our go to place for breakfast. Last Sunday we had 6 people with us ordering a variety of breakfasts. The potatoes were hard as rocks. We asked for them served with onions. They brought the onions on a separate plate. The grits were gooey and over medium eggs were hard. Bacon was not crisp. This was the first time all this happened. This is my fourth and last time ordering from this location. I had it delivered during my lunch break. When I opened the container the chicken salad was all over the fruits. It's like they used the same scoop for the chicken salad to scoop the fruit. The fact that the didn't care and had it delivered is what upset me the most. The chicken salad was in a container by the time I was almost finished, there was a slice of banana at the bottom! I kept giving this place a try because the chicken salad is really good. We were in town for a quick vacation and were up early and wanted breakfast. We found this restaurant and decided that we would stop in. I ordered the homemade corn beef hash plate with eggs. My husband ordered the corn beef hash omelette, both were very yummy! Great corn beef hash is hard to find, and Peach's delivered. read more

This was a good spot for breakfast and the prices were reasonable. My only complaints were the yolks of my poached eggs being overcooked and I asked for my hash browns well done and they were not. Meal was still good though! read more

Been coming here on and off for years and they've consistently gotten slightly worse each time I've come back. Ordered biscuits and gravy to go and they serve me what feels like a biscuit right out of the fridge and gravy that was never warmed either. Didn't bother to include cutlery either, because that would just be too thoughtful. Picture this: it's 6am and you're on your way to work, so you order something you're craving so you can eat when u get to work. You arrive at work to pull out food that isn't even prepared and have no way of heating it, so the only thing to do is let it sit there and go to waste. No time to go buy a microwave so I can eat breakfast, might as well have just poisoned myself with McDonalds, cause at least it'll be warm food. Won't be coming back ever read more

Went in after Mass, alone. Thank goodness they have a counter. The atmosphere immediately had a friendly vibe. Servers were all really hardworking, friendly and efficient. My server was Marian. Whoa, she deserves big tips and compliments. Her positive personality is infectious. It's early on a Sunday morning but Marian is still engaging, efficient and even entertaining. She hums and sings and jokes with staff and customers. Good attitude needs to be recognized. It's a hard job. She even chatted with me about our coffee we were drinking and still didn't miss a good service beat. Thank you. You made my day. Went around 10:30 and seated immediately. Order taken. I ordered the chicken salad croissant with a side of fries. Huge portion. Comes with lettuce, tomatoes and a pickle spear. It was dry with no taste. My partner had his usual breakfast. Eggs, toast etc. the only time we saw our waitress was when we ordered and needed the check. Never came around to see how our meal was nor ask if we needed refills on our drinks. Sydney T's tip reflected on how we were treated. There were also two other waitresses arguing at a table. Came to Peach's for a Christmas Eve lunch. The servers were in a great mood, for being very busy! All of the serves were decked out in matching Christmas shirts and Santa hats, it was so cute! Even though they were busy, we still didn't have to wait long to be seated. Servers were nice but I wasn't ever offered a refill on my drinks. It was concerning to see the the cook on his phone while prepping food. I could see them through the window from the counter. I have to say I wasn't overwhelmed by Peach's. Don't get me wrong, it isn't horrible but not sure if I will go back again any time soon. Had to wait for our server to finally come to the table and take our drink order. Once we ordered our food it didn't take too long for it to come to the table but I wasn't too overly impressed. I had ordered the hash. It was as they said made there and it tasted ok but the potato to corned beef ratio was definitely skewed in the potato direction. I understand using more potato is a cost cutting measure but....it is sold as "corned beef" hash. Another thing that I didn't like is that the home fries come with onions already in them. Now I don't mind them but if my husband had ordered them he would have been upset because the menu doesn't advertise that they are in there. It is a little presumptuous to have them in there since I know not everyone likes them. Overall it wasn't a bad experience but I won't be stopping in again any time soon. read more

As you will see in previous reviews I love Peaches at Bee Ridge. The service is great and they are clean. I moved toward University and expected the same here... but was really disappointed. I went for breakfast and was served in a dirty glass (someone's lipstick all over it) I asked for a clean one and was told "That Happens" which I am sure is true- my lunch came out wrong (I ordered grilled cheese with bacon and no pickle - was served grilled cheese with a pickle no bacon... kind of a big difference). My issue was not with the mistakes but the lack of customer service. No apology... it was a true disappointment as Peaches on Bee Ridge has great prices, food, but exceptional service (if you go ask for Jen...she is a great server). I will not be going back to this location and recommend if you choose to try it - that you look before you drink! read more

Arrived at 10:30 am and was told 20 minute wait. It was more like 35 minutes and once seated, did not receive breakfast until noon. I understand that this is a norm on holidays such as Easter but when asked, we were told they received 50 takeout orders. Now, if you have a restaurant with every table occupied and 75% of them have been waiting for their breakfast for at least 30 minutes, shouldn't you have catered to the people at the tables first?! I understand that many restaurants are still playing "catch up" from the COVID lockdown and they want to make their money but this is ridiculous!!!! The people calling for takeout should have been told there was a two hour wait. read more

I've been to Keke's a few time & after my last stop at Keke's I said I'd never go back. Why? When I can go to Peach's. I take my 7 year old daughter to Peach's and she likes it, too. They have crayons, paper to draw on & she really likes the food, too. Again, all the employees are excellent. Never had a bad one & I've been there 20 times. I'm from Chicago & Chicago has its problems, but it does have good food. Peach's would do just fine in Chicago. It would stay in business & have plenty of it. Heading back to Tampa from Longboat Key, the family and I were famished. We were desperately searching for a viable option. I saw a KFC off University & thought that I could push past intestinal trauma out of my mind long enough to scarf down a few pieces of Original Recipe. We pulled into the plaza to discover a pizza place. This seemed a tad more palatable than the Colonel's finest, so we trudged to the door in our beach garb. Closed. We were just about to resign ourselves to fried chicken when we spotted Peaches. It looked like a cute little cafe, which seemed light years ahead of KFC. We were seated promptly without a second glance from the lady up front, even though we were damp, sandy, and our faces must have betrayed us as starving sub-humans. Sat, ordered the club sandwich (wife), chocolate chip pancakes (son), and tuna melt (me). I subbed a small salad for the fries, which afforded me the opportunity to try their creamy horseradish dressing. Yum. Maybe it was due to our empty stomachs, but everything tasted magnificent. Service was friendly, fast, and efficient. This could have been one of those right-place-right-time situations, but I have absolutely zero complaints about Peach's. Would I drive there from Tampa just to go there again? Probably not...but if I'm headed back from the Sarasota beaches and hungry, I'll be a repeat customer. read more
