So I've gotten my lashes done from Anastasia twice now and I am obsessed with them! I used to go to a different place up in midtown and was looking for a new place closer to where I live. While City Glow is a bit pricier (still reasonable, the other place was just super affordable), I noticed the service was better and the lashes lasted longer. Anastasia is amazing - I described the style/look I wanted and she delivered! Compared to my last place, the lashes stay longer and hold their place/shape longer. The bed setup is tempurpedic and extremely comfortable, and in combination with Anastasia working swiftly and quietly, I fell asleep both times I've been. The store itself is relatively new, I think they opened in March, and I got my full set during their opening special - $99 for a full set. Refills range from $55 and up, depending on how long it's been since your last refill. I asked them for a package deal and they delivered - they offer a package of 2-week refills. So for a 5-refill package it's $10 off each session for a total of $325 or a 10-refill package at $20 off for a total of $550. I think I'm going to take the plunge and get the 10-package deal the next time I go in. I'm addicted to lashes, can someone plz help? The store is small, cozy, cute and brightly decorated. It's relaxing and quiet when I go in for my refills and I really enjoy coming here! They offer facials and fake spray tans which are organic but I don't know anything about fake tans. They also offer really affordable waxes which I will definitely take advantage of as well - I can't recommend this place enough! Every time I schedule an appointment on their website , I get a text later in the night to reschedule and change my time and day altogether . Do not post these dates on your website if you are not available . And then once you confirm an appointment you get a cancellation text 2 hours before your appointment . Completely unprofessional staff and the lashes didn't even last the 4 weeks so now that I needed a relash desperately I got cancelled on last second . Don't go there. Zero flexibility and terrible service . Complete waste of time . Oct 2019 update: City Glow is amazing!! I trusted no one to do my wedding spray tan other than Lana and Ana. I had to fly out to California for my wedding at 11:30 am on a Wednesday, and I wanted to get my spray tan that morning so it was as fresh as possible for Saturday. I emailed City Glow with a crazy request to do my spray at 8 am before my flight and they agreed! And it was PERFECT! Not a single streak or blotchy spot. It was even and a lovely light bridal glow. I also got 3 facials at City Glow in the few months leading up to my wedding and my skin looked better than it ever has. Where to even begin... my face is a total mess after the facial I got with Svetylana. It is covered in marks were she didn't extract correctly. I now have to go get another facial to fix what she did. The most concerning part however was not even the facial itself it was the fact that the facialist made me feel very uncomfortable over her refusal to wear a mask properly. Because she is working so close to my face, I expected her to wear a shield + mask, at the bare minimum just a mask. She would only wear the mask over her mouth, I asked 4 times if she could please cover her nose too. Every time I opened my eyes the mask was below her nose. I wish I had just left because I was so uncomfortable. I told her I really don't want to get corona please wear the mask properly as you are centimeters from my face. She finally told me not to worry about it because she already has antibodies. I don't care, wear the mask!!! I would not recommend this place as safe according to CDC standards. read more

Important to note that had a bad experience with eye lashes before and was hesitant to try it again. But Anastasia did a beautiful job. I don't feel them on my eyes at all and they look very natural. I went to get a new set of volume lashes and asked for long, 15 in length and the lash tech insisted on 13. What I got done is not even close to a volume set and also very short. The lashes are very thin. I do not recommend and will not be coming back. Very disappointed. read more
