I got my lash extensions done here and unfortunately have had a bad experience. When I first made my appointment I had wanted classics (45$ as advertised) and I had let the technician know before hand that I wanted classic lashes. When the service was being done I felt a little uneasy as she was using different techniques than I'm not used to but didn't say anything because I'm not the expert. When I was done, I was happy but felt burning. When going up to pay she said it was 80$... I thought maybe I didn't hear her or she didn't hear me in the beginning but I didn't want to make a big deal so I payed for the service and left. Then I noticed glue around the lashes (picture under) and my lashes felt like they were getting pulled and I couldn't brush them as they'd get stuck. I've been pretty uncomfortable and unfortunately today when I took a shower, the lashes completely burned my eyes. I couldn't take it and got out. I managed to take most of them off but with amount of glue that was used my eyelashes are now damaged. Honestly pretty disappointed. read more

This was my first time here and while they were polite and accommodating, I asked for an acrylic overlay but the nail tech working on my nails was insistent that I allow her to do an acrylic dip instead. I've never had that done on my nails before so I had no idea what the safety/sanitation standards were but I figured I'd trust the professional so I said yes. Now I have an infection because, apparently (as I looked it up later), she dipped each of my fingers in her one communal jar of powder instead of pouring some out that would only be used for dipping my fingers and then discarding whatever is left over. Two of my fingers became inflamed and swollen; I won't be going back. read more

I've been looking for the perfect nail salon for two years, AND I FINALLY FOUND IT! My best friend and I went in yesterday and I can speak highly enough about this salon! We brought in reference pictures and they made sure to evaluate our nails and the designs before they were confident they could do it. They didn't just blindly agree. And honestly they did better than the reference pictures. We were seen fairly quickly, and they got right to work. Their attention to detail, artistic flare, and enthusiasm was extremely refreshing. Jennie did an amazing job with marbling. The place was clean and relaxing, the nails are phenomenal, and the techs are outstanding. This is my go to spot from now on. Not judging the place based on color selections, but on the very high quality of pedicure I got. They knocked it out of the park!! Great price, great service and wonderful long term lasting polish. I can't complain. I went on amazon and bought my fav color so I have it with me next time I go back. They did not have it, so I chose something else, and even though I was bummed at first, i said to myself, "self... you can't expect every place to have your one fav color.... just buy it!" and I did. I've been here a total of three times and let me tell you about how inconsistent this nail salon is. The first time, I had a new set done. I came as soon as they had opened (9:30) and was there until 12:30. IT WAS LENGTHY. The girl that was doing my nails didn't know at all what she was doing. She couldn't remove the nails I had before and took a total of 1.5-2 hours trying to remove the acrylic. The manager ended up taking over and gave me a light blue French tip. She was so rushed, there was so many imperfections. It could've used one more coat and because she had filed to shape my nails AFTER the paint, my nails were missing the gel polish on the sides/tips, etc. I decided to give it another chance since it was so close to my house. To my surprise, the guy who gave me a pedicure did such a wonderful job. He gave me a beautiful pedicure and a great massage and this time I was happy. My big toe nail had broken but I was on vacation so I decided to blame this on being in the ocean, the sand was rough so I let this slide. (Even though I paid $45 for gel pedi and that's pricey!!) Today I came into get my pedicure and a young girl helped me this time. SHE WAS INCREDIBLY AWFUL!!! She didn't once shape my nails. There was no use of a nail file and she had finished my nails in a total of 20 minutes. Talk about quickest relaxing time ever?! She barely even touched my feet or legs when she "massaged" them and even did the polish super sloppy. I was sooo upset. I told her how fast it was and how my nails looked uneven. The manager came over and assured me that she used the nail file. Um.. NO she did NOT. I am not one to make people feel bad, but it was completely unacceptable the service I just had done. I was not leaving until she redid them. So she did and never asked me if anything she was doing looked better or if the shaping was okay. She quietly and quickly did my nails. It's like she was in a hurry to get out of there. I have never been this upset over a pedicure. Never will I return back there. $32 for the worst pedicure of my life. read more

I'm gonna be honest, I've been wanting to try this place for a while now, decided to go today as a walk in for a pedicure to try them out. When I walked in, I waited for quite some time for someone to help put me on the list (it was packed so I didn't think too much about it) they sat me down pretty quick and the snacks were okay while I waited, I chose just the simple classic pedicure, just to again try out the spot and see if I would be returning and all I have to say, even though the technician was nice, my pedicure was rough. I still have cuticles that were not cut and the scrub of my heal lasted but 30 seconds on each foot, I left with my heals still flaky and cuticles still clearly left behind, she did not cut any cuticle at all! Both toes still have cuticles that should have been cut. I don't know what kind of place would do this! I felt bad even mentioning it since the lady that helped me didn't understand a word I was saying ( I still tipped $5, but I usually tip more) The paint job was not up to par either she missed a whole piece, this will more than likely be my first and last time, gonna stick to what I'm used to next time. read more
