Gary and his team were great. They finished on schedule and answers any questions that popped up along the way. We're extremely happy with how our bathroom updated turned out.

We will never use Peak again for the following reasons: 1. Time of performance, not meeting deadlines. The project that was scheduled for 7-10 business days took 56 days, with several days of inactivity in-between work. The longest break in-between work was 5 days, but there were plenty of 3 or 4 day breaks. After two weeks of this, we knew that there was no way the project would be completed on time. 2. Useless communication. He communicated via phone or group text messages but the information was useless. 90% of the time he would show up at a different time than he had originally communicated and no-shows happened as well. 3. No integrity. When you ask him why his employees or the subcontractor did not show up to work in your house, he will tell you all kinds of stories. But the truth is the employees were working on other projects. 4. Poor quality assurance from the fabricators/ subcontractors Gary uses. First fabricator subcontractor did a horrible job installing quartzite on the fireplace. They used dark grey caulking without asking me for permission. Employees were fired and afterwards showed up twice at our house asking all kinds of questions. Second fabricator's employees fixed the fireplace but they also installed dark grey caulking without asking for permission. 5. Poor project oversight. * Gary's project management skills are very poor. He was hardly ever in the house to check on work. As our relationship started going downhill due to our frustration with delays and miscommunication, he stopped showing up at all. The last time he walked in, he didn't even say "hello". Final walk-through was conducted by his employee on October 31. 6. Lack of respect for the house. * The house has been trashed for 56 days. Peak GKG uses cheap plastic to cover the floors and the plastic that was used to cover the arch opening between the master bathroom and the bedroom got torn on the 3rd day. There has been dust and dirt everywhere. The bottom of the tub was not covered with anything and fabricators and the plumber were in and out of the tub, with work boots on, leaving marks on the bottom of the tub. I finally bought blue tarp and put it in to protect the bottom of the tub. 7. Little advice when it comes to the technical aspects of the project. * Gary met me at Faucet's Galore to help me pick the shower system and faucets for the master bathroom remodel project. * When the shower column was supposed to be installed, he did not advise me that the column with hose and the controller/mixer should not be installed in a straight line, one under the other, because the hose from the shower head would be right in front of the controller. The store owner helped me correct the issue. 8. Poor customer skills. * One day when he was in our house and I asked him, based on his earlier text message, what time his employee would come over "tomorrow", he responded by saying: Magda, I am trying REALLY HARD not to get mad with you." I guess they show up whenever they want to and customers should not be asking questions. * He has a temper and he does not seem to understand he is in a customer service business. Gary White is always right. * He seems to be a cool guy when you meet him but that lasts a week, maybe two. Then he shows his true colors. What was supposed to be a quick, exciting and relatively easy bathroom remodel project, turned into 8 weeks of stressful time for us. Hindsight is 20/20. If I had known, I would have never signed a contract with Peak. He is a salesman who over promises and under delivers. We would not recommend Peak GKG to anybody. Do your homework. Know your rights and his responsibilities. You can find a lot of information on the Nevada State Contractor's Board website. https://www.nvcontractorsboard.com You can also call them if you have questions. I did but it was too late. You have the right to ask him for three references (from legit former customers) and review his past work. I didn't do it and I paid for it.

Gary and his team at Peak are great. I really can't say enough good things about our entire experience with Peak. I want to make sure and mention Gary's team, Augustine and Houston are both professional and personable. My family and our schedule can be difficult to work with but Gary's guys were always understanding. Right from the start you get the feeling that Gary is just a good guy, he listens to everything you say and has conversations with you like a good friend. Listen, I can be super picky and to be honest I am a little cheap at times but Gary never once blinked when I was being a pain. There are just so many examples of when I was impressed with the guys at Peak, especially the fact my 4 crazy dogs all loved Houston. You will definitely be happy you chose Gary and Peak for your project.

On December 1, 2025, our entire house was destroyed in a catastrophic flood. We had just moved into our newly remodeled turn-key home 5 years previously and still loved everything about it. To say we were shell shocked and devastated would be putting it mildly. Our home was now in ruins. Bathrooms, cabinetry, flooring, drywall were all destroyed and our home was basically unlivable. We were down to studs and raw plumbing. We immediately began to search for the perfect contractor to help us rebuild our home and put our lives back together. We reviewed multiple contractors online and in person, as well as checking with the Nevada Contractors Board and local permitting offices. One name consistently stood out and was above all others. Jerezee Construction. They had hundreds of 5-star reviews which led me to review their gallery of photos on their website. Their quality of work caught my attention. I reached out to their office and spoke to Ian. We found him to be very professional. He immediately set up an appointment and was incredibly empathetic to our plight. The way he handled our initial contact was so different from other companies we contacted. The next step in our journey was meeting the owner Ilan who arrived at our home to assess the damage. It was quickly apparent this was an experienced and highly qualified contractor. He demonstrated exceptional standards, made suggestions, was extremely organized but above all else inspired confidence that he could help us. He reviewed the contract with us line by line, leaving no stone unturned and highly transparent with clear expectations. No hidden fees, and no surprises. Once the project began, a group text was established. This was updated twice daily throughout the project to keep us informed. We next met Heather, one of Jerezee's designers. Heather quickly recognized we were in over our head and inundated with so many decisions and choices to make. She took the lead and helped us make selections on flooring, bathroom tiles, color palates, hardware, lighting fixtures and paint. She made a comprehensive material list which was amazing. Heather was invaluable to us. She was so patient, knowledgeable and held my hand through every step. Both my husband and I are analytical with no creative bone in our body so doing the design part and picking out product was impossible for us. We couldn't have done this rebuild without her. We were assigned a project manager named David. He was the first line supervisor for all the crew and sub-contractors at our home. He was incredibly responsive, timely, accessible, patient, upbeat and positive always. He made a highly stressful period of our life bearable and was such a joy to work with. He was the right man, at the right time, at the right place for us. As the work progressed it quickly became apparent that all their rave reviews were justified. Construction started exactly as planned and they made the process so easy for us. They handled EVERYTHING! Their craftmanship was impeccable. It was as if they were rebuilding their own house. Ilan, the owner was often on site inspecting the work and the progress. Ilan and David were true perfectionists, and nothing escaped their skilled eyes. At the end of the project, we didn't even have a punch list! Their crew and subcontractors were always polite, respectful, professional and kind. Everyone worked so hard to get us back into our home and genuinely seemed empathetic and understanding of our initial heartbreak. In conclusion, Jerezee Construction and their entire team made a devastating time in our life so much less stressful. Many thanks to Ilan and his team of dedicated professionals. As they say, great leaders do not set out to be a leader... they set out to make a difference, and Ilan has done that with Jerezee Construction. We will be forever grateful to him and his crew and would absolutely recommend them without hesitation.

They recently completed a full remodel of our home, and it was by far the best construction experience I've had, even after going through several major remodels over the years. Nitzan, our project manager, and Francisco, our lead contractor, did an outstanding job managing every aspect of the project. Communication was excellent, they kept a close eye on the budget, and any issues that came up were addressed immediately and professionally. Most importantly, the project was completed on budget with no surprises. The quality of the workmanship, organization, and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. It's rare to find a team that delivers exactly what they promise while making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Greenso Services LLC to anyone considering a remodel or renovation. They earned our trust, and I would gladly hire them again.

Our project manager, David, was exceptional from start to finish. He kept us within budget, communicated clearly, and consistently reassured us as we moved through each phase of the project. The remodel took about four weeks from demo to completion, which we felt was a very reasonable timeline, it was only delayed because our designer did not order enough tile. A huge shoutout to Angel and Danielo who demoed, built our shower, installed vanity, toilet and flooring. They worked long hours, showed up on time, and corrected any finer details that were needed in completing the job. We would use David again going forward in a kitchen remodel when the time comes. The only thing we would change is to not have a designer assigned to us, and pick our materials ourselves to ensure quality. In the end the designer caused more stress than what it was worth.

Tridel Construction's bid was a little higher than other competitors in the area, but we did like the description and process better, such as working with the city for permits. Dan Antoci was our project manager for the loft conversion. A few electrical outlets needed to be run in different locations in the bedroom, walls needed to be built, drywall, and repainting needed to be completed. The team worked almost every day, including one day on the weekend for about 2 weeks straight. There was one minor issue when building the closet area where the wood was on-top of the carpet, but they fixed that during the conversion when my husband and I had mentioned it to Dan. We found out that Tridel Construction only does that during new construction. We have a few cats. We wanted to make sure that the area was well-cleaned during the project build-out and construction. During the build-out, there were multiple nails left on the floor, sharp tools, which my husband and I picked up, as well as we had to perform additional vacuuming in some areas for left over drywall. During the project, there was issues trying to update invoices and contract agreements for the appropriate and accurate information. It took some time, but eventually at the end of the project, we were able to get everything updated as intended with the help of Sasha! Inspectors for the house showed up on time and the team was pretty much available each morning during the 2 week project from 8 a.m. - 4:00 P.M. Some days did end early around 3:30, while other days went a little longer until 4:30 P.M. There wasn't necessarily a complete set schedule. The room does look great! I'm not sure if I'll use their services for future projects though due to some of the hiccups.

I was told it would be 4-6 weeks - it ended up over 5 MONTHS!! No reasons given - failed inspection twice, workers taking their own sweet time, no one showing up, and even left me with holes in the walls during winter. Knew I was going on vacation and didn't even think of filling the holes for my house sitter! Just insane. Purchased several items on the advice of the office manager that turned out not to work out or didn't have the space for - by the time we realized this it was too late to return any of them. She ordered the wrong time for the shower bench so I have a ton of extra tile plus had to order more of another tile for the bench! When I asked why the toilet had not been installed after several months, his answer was that I have another one in the house so why did I need it in the Master bath? After the thousands of dollars I gave them for both projects he gave me a whopping $1500 off for all the problems. Considering all the extra tile and items I ended up with that couldn't be used, he got a bargain. Would not negotiate at all. Considering the grief all this caused, I can't recommend them.

Hard to describe the quality and satisfaction I have now that we completed a full kitchen remodel…read more I have read a few of the much older reviews and some were not great. I will say that the details on the front end matter. We went over several iterations in the beginning. I had narrowed down to two really great contractor options. Ultimately, I went with 702R&R due to their ability to paint with lacquer and extreme attention to detail. I just felt they would do an amazing job. We worked together to build my dream kitchen.
