Hands-down, Peak Services has some of best customer service in the city!! Dominic was very professional, personable, and quick to respond to all my questions. I was even more impressed when he arranged for someone to come the same day to provide an estimate for critter guards for our new solar system (8 separate panel arrays). Our solar installer also provided us with a quote that wasn't even remotely close to what Peak was able to offer. They were more interested using ridiculous formulas that calculated the cost of critter guards using the system's total wattage (not linear footage). Thankfully, that is not how Peak does business!! I was even more impressed to have them installed within five days of first contact with the business. The installers arrived on time this morning and did an excellent job with the installation - nothing is going to get under those guards!! They left our yard spotless and even helped the neighbor's landscaper jump-start his stalled truck before leaving. I was super impressed by everything they have done. Don't bother with those pest-control companies that will offer critter guard installation, because they will also try to sell you on a bunch of other unnecessary bird abatement services that don't really work. We did that with the solar installation at our last house, but noticed zero reduction in the presence of those nasty pigeons or the filth they leave behind. Of course, they were more than happy to sell you more useless services, which makes you wonder about their commitment to offering you the proper quality services right from the start. I just wish we would have known about Peak the first time around. I received a very reasonable quote by Shaz and he was also the one to come out for the service. I felt they went above and beyond what they needed to do. I would definitely highly recommend this company for a lot of reasons. 1) Quick communication - Dominic communicates quickly and very professional. When they couldn't make it for the appointment time for the estimate, they informed me right away even before the scheduled time, allowing me to reschedule my day. They came on time for the reschedule and Bill is very professional. 2) Straightforward and honest. - He gave us their estimate without asking what their competitors quoted us. That shows they are pretty straightforward, honest and confident without having to worry about what the others offered us. 3) Fast appointment - After we've decided to go with them, they were able to schedule the work early the following day. He came on time. 4) Reasonable price - I had 2 companies give me an estimate prior to them, and Peak's price is very reasonable. Their price was almost half the first companies quote! And we're talking about at least $500 difference. Makes me believe that cheap doesnt really mean shoddy. 5) Material - Add to that that we like the critter guard material they use compared to the other 2 companies because the mesh size were much smaller. 6) He cleaned the existing poop that had accumulated in the yard even prior to their installation, hosed the roof and sprayed something so as to mask the pheromones that attract other pigeons. 7) Excellent workmanship - The work was done in like 3-4 hours and we're satisfied with the job. 8) Warranty - And they offer a 2 year warranty too.
