Only hiccup was my daughter lives in an apartment complex the person doing the pickup got lost. I understand how many apartment complexes can be confusing. The person picking up and delivering was super cranky which made it feel like she was doing us a favor for a task she was being paid to complete. Maybe she was having an off day. The next day at 7:30pm they delivered my perfectly folded laundry in a big purple bag to keep and use for future laundry services. My towels were fluffy again, my cat hair was almost completely gone and it was easy to just put the clothes away. This service was so helpful, couldn't say better things and recommended it more.

I brought several high-end garments to this drycleaner, and not only did they come back with new stains and actual rips, but the quality of service was shockingly poor. It was obvious the machines were filthy, and the cleaning was careless. Some pieces came back completely untouched -- still carrying the scent of my perfume. After sending items back for correction multiple times, nothing changed. The same grime and damage remained. Total scam. Even worse, the owner, Jamie, himself was highly unprofessional -- he completely crossed a boundary and mistook my polite demeanor as an invitation to ask me out. I had to block him after he made me uncomfortable. The associate, Vicky wasn't much better -- making inappropriate comments about my body, which was both offensive and unnecessary. Though I could have had a field day ~ I had never commented on her appearance, but the lack of professionalism here is staggering. I've spent hundreds of dollars as one of their top-paying clients -- only to be met with arrogance and bitterness when I raised concerns. The owner suggested I "go somewhere else," clearly bitter about being rejected. I'm currently in the process of disputing charges with my bank, but realistically I should be filing in small claims court for the dresses and shirts they ruined beyond repair. He continued with a sarcastic smirk on his face that they weren't at fault and that there is no lost and found etc. I kindly asked him to stop arguing and all I wanted to do was fill out something so they can call me if they find it or if another customer accidentally received and returns it. He then continued his argument getting louder etc. There were other customers in the store and were in shock of his demeanor. A nice young man shows up and delivers the same bag with clean laundry all folded up ready to be put away - simple as that. Socks were put together, stains removed, and all my clothes smell really nice. This is perfect for busy working adults such as myself or anyone who would rather be out living life than stuck doing laundry. The price is very reasonable, I'm sure it won't last long.
