I was on my way to WI from Indianapolis when my husband called to tell me I left my overnight bag at home. By that point, I was almost to Chicago (over 3 hours from home) and I had to be somewhere at a certain time for a paid weekend opportunity taking photos of murals in their town. My vision is terrible. And my contacts are supposed to be changed daily. I didn't even have my glasses. I left on a Friday and wouldn't be back until Sunday and usually after more than a day or wear, the contacts start to break down. I absolutely cannot see without them or my glasses and I was traveling alone. I happened by this spot while getting gas and popped in to see if by some chance they might have samples in my prescription and they did!!! They seriously saved me so much anxiety over the weekend and now I have several pairs to get me through if I need them. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Their prices are so high that even if you have insurance coverage you'd still pay as if you don't have insurance. And if you don't have insurance, forget about it. I will give you a specific example. Their frame with Prada brand model PR A 13V is priced at over 600 usd, while online with exact same model and brand it's only 200 usd +. Same with their lens. The cost outside with insurance is same cost with them with insurance. If you ever decide to buy from them look it up first online like from glassesusa.com or other online sites. Really nice people that take their time to get it right and listen to my concerns. My first experience was great but something was off with one of the lenses. They ordered a replacement and honestly after that I had the best vision I ever remember having. I just recently upgraded again and my experience was once again terrific. They made wrong prescription lenses for my 3 year old son…read more After 2 days of wearing the glasses he became sick and started throwing up and it was by accident that I noticed that his lenses looked different from before. When I called them about it they said it should be fine but they would look into it. I went to LensCrafters to check the glasses and they told me that the lenses in the glasses were not the prescription issued by his doctor. I brought the glasses back and Blink employee were quick to blame the lab but it was their job to put the lenses in and check that everything was correct. They told me they would fix it and by the fourth try the lenses were still wrong. I got so worried about their safety that I cancelled my order. I had also ordered a new pair of Lindberg glasses for my son which are very expensive. They told me they would make it right by giving me the lenses and frames free of charge and refunding my money after 7-10 business days. It now has been 4 weeks (20 business days) and I still don't have my refund and no one is talking about the frame or the lenses anymore. We used to buy all our glasses here, several pairs a year, for myself and my husband and our kids, but ever since they came under new ownership the service got so bad and the prices went way up! Do not go here, especially if you have little kids who need glasses.
