I visited a few highly rated establishments, and decided on 730 North. I was glad I did, because it was the best experience I have ever had with my vision. Really nice people that take their time to get it right and listen to my concerns. My first experience was great but something was off with one of the lenses. They ordered a replacement and honestly after that I had the best vision I ever remember having. I just recently upgraded again and my experience was once again terrific. On top of this the frames were wiped down with sanitized wipes before trying them on. With my mask on, I picked out the frame, with her assistance, handed in my Script from my doctor and glasses were ordered. She said 5-7 days and was right! It took only six days to get the call that they were in and ready. Pick up was also great. I highly recommend this location and Yvonne and feel that all of the negative comments mentioned here were clearly old and for anyone considering a simple way to purchase Prescription glasses, this place is wonderful!

He mumbled questions, often one-word statements that I didn't know were questions, and when I didn't respond he'd repeat loudly and forcibly. He had no chair-side manner. I've worn contacts since I was 14. Yet suddenly this dude says something about my blood vessels in my eye, and that I'm no longer a candidate for contacts. He would only write a prescription for glasses. I tried to ask questions about what he was seeing in my eye but he would only say I need to go to an optometrist because he doesn't have all the tool necessary. It seemed like he had an attitude about not having the right equipment. So I got glasses, and then the front area staff tried to upsell me on everything. This place is not worth the convenience.

I was on my way to WI from Indianapolis when my husband called to tell me I left my overnight bag at home. By that point, I was almost to Chicago (over 3 hours from home) and I had to be somewhere at a certain time for a paid weekend opportunity taking photos of murals in their town. My vision is terrible. And my contacts are supposed to be changed daily. I didn't even have my glasses. I left on a Friday and wouldn't be back until Sunday and usually after more than a day or wear, the contacts start to break down. I absolutely cannot see without them or my glasses and I was traveling alone. I happened by this spot while getting gas and popped in to see if by some chance they might have samples in my prescription and they did!!!
