Horrible customer service. No call back after leaving multiple calls to him. Came to fix dishwasher ordered parts 3 months later put it in and broke dishwasher even more. First visit was sept now it is February and still broke with no help. And this is covered under Sears warranty!! read more

Had someone come to look at our LG dryer. It wouldn't power on. Guy came out and said it was the power board. We assumed it was the control board. He said the power board is discontinued and left after we wrote him a check for the visit. Well thank you. I ordered the power board- its called the internet. You can find anything online (tip for you in 2019)......but that wasn't it. I called another repair place and he showed me the fried part on the back of the controller board..... IT IS THE CONTROLLER BOARD! Horrible service and no help whatsoever. I feel like they should give me my service call fee back and the $125 for the wrong damn part I ordered thanks to them..... read more

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS simple washer repair ordered parts, 6 weeks later they show up and part was "No Good" said he would order new part and be back in couple of days. Never came back or returned calls. Had to call someone else and come to find out it was just a broken wire, part in question was fine. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience, this company should not be in business. They have no care or concern for the customer. read more

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! Horrible horrible horrible, I can't say it enough! Came out twice to fix my dishwasher and it still isn't working they said I got a "bad part" twice in a row? Ya I don't think so! Called asking for a refund and they keep telling me they sent the check but I never got it. Service person came to repair my dryer. He took off vent to outside and repaire dryer. Never put back on vent and didnt tell us but when we asked if it was fixed and we could do laundry he answered yes. Started dryer and it could have blew up the house. Called and service guy said that he fixed dryer like he was sent to and he would not come out again to put on vent. While he was there he was critizing my home and told me he would never buy a home like that. I didn't invite him into my home to tell me he didn't like the design I invited him to repair my dryer which was not done fully. I would never call this company again and suggest that you don't if you want your appliance repaired correctly and fully. read more
