Then, when I drop off my vehicle, they can efficiently tell me what is wrong and what needs to happen. The best part is that unless my vehicle desperately needs the work (like the car won't start or function without it), they tell me to call around and see if anyone can beat their price. May be worth $10,000. They sent a lost totaling more than the value of the truck. Over $11,000. I declined took it to a trusted mechanic that charged me $148 for actual needed repairs. No phone call explaining what was necessary or what could wait. Just a list of accept or decline fixes. I can only assume the hope is you will accept all I will not be going back nor my family.
