My favorites are the Frittatas, Breakfast Sandwiches and the Crispy Ham and Swiss Sandwich. Prices are reasonable and quality is consistent. Drinks 4 stars: Peet's calls themselves "The Original Craft Co0ffee Since 1966". Nice assortment of hot and cold "Craft" coffee and tea-based beverages. Seasonal specials. The Asian guy needs a break or something. Extremely rude. Walked in for a beverage. Was greeted and notified staff I needed a minute. Store was completely empty no line and the barista was making comments how we're not in line. Moving over to the line he goes off to finish an order. Instead of finishing up what he was doing he proceeds to yell " what would you like sir". Afraid I didn't have his full attention I kinda asked to wait until he was ready. The overall experience ruined my day. How inconsiderate he was. Will never be stepping inside this store plenty of better coffee anywhere else. read more

Tried their pistachio latte. It was fine but not flavored with real pistachios. Just FYI. They use a blended syrup that uses other flavors to simulate the pistachio. None of their pistachio flavored drinks have a pistachio syrup. Regardless of the pistachio explanation, their drinks are good and I like the strong flavors of coffee and espresso beverages that they create. My absolute favorite are the iced teas on a very warm day. The place is also very clean and busy. I like that kind of vibe. Also the staff is friendly every time I visit. Parking is a challenge depending on the time of day. I don't always get one in front because the spaces in front are very sparse. Will visit again because I just have that urge for their drinks sometimes. I also really like the vibe. read more

I'm a big fan of Peet's coffee so I tried this place out today. It was very convenient to access off the freeway in the Porter Ranch shopping center. Parking was very easy in the adjacent lot area. Upon entering, the staff was very friendly when I placed my order. The drink came out in a timely manner, and the temperature was perfect. Overall, the space is nice and open. The patio is lovely and there is plenty of outdoor seating. My only complaint is that the store itself was pretty unkempt (debris and trash on floor) and the bathroom was pretty messy. The seating also is not particularly comfortable at this location. It's great coffee so it's hard to complain. But the cleanliness of this particular location could be improved. Otherwise, you can't beat the location and the quality of the product is truly superior. read more

The cashier was unnecessarily rude and sarcastic. I simply stepped a couple feet over to look at the pastries since they were around the corner and couldn't see them from the line. He rudely told me to "get in line," even though my friend was already in line and had clearly seen us together. Completely unnecessary attitude and poor customer service. read more

This was my first time trying this coffee place! It is in the porter ranch shopping center surrounded by many other shops and restaurants parking is ample but fills up quickly in front of the shop. The vibes and decor inside is warm and inviting. They offer a variety of coffee and breakfast options. The staff was friendly I got a Caramel frappe it was entirely too sweet. I couldn't taste the coffee at all so for this reason I gave it the rating I did. I may go and try other things and provide an update! read more

Peet's is a staple coffee shop located all around California but this location we visited was in Porter Ranch. There is plenty of parking and a lot of stores to visit near by after grabbing some coffee! The customer service was great, the cashier was very friendly. Peet's was packed (it was morning so it's expected). We ordered the blueberry muffin and an iced vanilla latte. The wait was a little longer than normally, but it's to be expected for it being so busy! The muffin was delicious, it didn't fall apart and wasn't dry. You could actually taste the freshness of the blueberries. The iced vanilla latte was really good, definitely a strong espresso shot! The overall experience was great, the store was clean and organized. It wouldn't be my first coffee pick, but would definitely be an option if I had to choose it. read more

Peet's PR is such a vibe, which has taken me completely by surprised in the best way. The place is always bustling in this very calm, yet energetic way - nearly every seat taken inside and out but it's peaceful. I've been stopping in weekly when I'm at our house on the hill. I guess you can say this has become my new neighborhood coffee spot. The service is always friendly and quick, I'm in and out which I greatly appreciate. If you know me, you know I'm a coffee addict but my self diagnosed ADHD prevents me from actually ever sitting still and enjoying a coffee at a coffee shop. It's consumption is purely so I can continue on with the next two dozen things on my to do list. My long standing fav drink is their Havana cappuccino with oat milk. Highly recommend. I usually don't write reviews but I feel like I should for this case. It's happened twice where I order 2 decaf drinks and they aren't decaf. We both feel the caffeine still and I think that's pretty irresponsible when some people are sensitive to caffeine. Be careful ordering decaf here. read more

This is probably the worst Peet's location I've ever been to. The cashier was very aloof and sarcastic when taking my order. I only ordered 1 mocha and it took 10 minutes to make a half-filled cup... I ordered a large Hibiscus drink. It was colored water with a few sliced strawberries at the bottom. So disappointing. I expected it to be good. It was a waste of my money. Unfortunately I didn't taste it until I got home, or I would have taken the cup back into Peet's, asked for a refund, or something else. It was literally tasteless. I'd had a hibiscus drink recently from Chik fil Le and fallen in love with the new drink. I expected something akin to the one from Peet's. I can only hope whomever prepared mine was new, and didn't know how to operate the drink machine. If you are looking for a solid cup of coffee, then this is a far better place to grab one than Starbucks! The quality of there coffee is much better than starbucks! As for a place to relax....this place has become a library. There are limited seating, and all of the seating was full when I visited. It looked like people were camped out there for the day. And the music and coffee making noise is loud within this shop. Lastly the seating area is not the most comfortable: hard wood chairs and tables! There is seating outside which is slightly better from an ambiance standpoint. Some of the seating have umbrellas, whereas other tables are in the sun! Neverless there is good people watching! There's a large parking lot near the shop- at night the parking lot does get very busy. Especially on the weekends and holidays! So be prepared! read more

How have I not reviewed this place yet?! Oh my god, shame on me. I have been coming here for years and only visited more since they came out with the brown sugar jelly to sort of satisfy my boba craving. It's not quite the same but still a nice little add on with my coffee in the morning. It's also convenient on the way to work! I've always gone for the Havana Frapp and then eventually started getting the black tie with brown sugar jelly add on. I love that they used condensed milk! Super good and not super strong. I recently went because my reward points were expiring and I noticed they had coconut syrup! Never noticed that before and I LOVE coconut coffee flavored drinks! I went for an iced cafe latte with coconut syrup and oh my god, game changer. Absolutely delicious and simple, perfect sweetness and strongness of the coffee flavors! I took my wife here to try Peet's coffee because we were in the plaza eat at Silverlake Ramen. My wife loves chai latte so I checked their menu online and saw that they have it here so I figure she should try it. You should be able to find parking here but you might just have to walk a bit. We came in the afternoon so they weren't as busy. When we walked in, the worker told us where to line up and he was very energetic. My wife took a look at their menu and asked the worker about the chai Latte. She decided to get a small chai latte with no espresso and light ice. They made the drink quick and we took a seat at one of their booth. My wife said their chai latte tasted more like rice water which is similar to horchata. She likes it though so it was good that she tried it. There outdoor seating as well if you don't want to sit inside. read more

The pastries are always fresh, employees always happy and good service all around. They have nice seating inside and a nice patio outside. I checked out this Pete's location on a Sunday morning because a Facebook ad offered me a free coffee there. The line was super long but I ended up seeing a bunch of people I knew there and the coffee comes out pretty quick for the amount of people there. They have about 10 tables inside and some outside but they are full at peak times and the parking isn't the best at busy times. Their pastries looked delicious. I frequent this location often and usually the environment is nice but this morning around 10 am my friend and I were met with the rudest most obnoxious cashier I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. While taking a moment to decide this man made the effort to try to guess our orders in a mocking tone all while loudly complaining about the rush of customers in the lobby as if it wasn't the morning in a coffee shop. The cinnamon was a nice touch on top. The coffee tasted good but for cold brew I didn't find it to be that strong. I also got to try the tuxedo cold brew, and it was amazing! Very sweet and had a lot of nice spice to it. We also ordered a lemon poppyseed scone and pumpkin bread. The lemon poppyseed scone was soft and had nice frosting on top, but the pumpkin bread was so dry and I feel like it really lacked pumpkin flavor. I often go to this location and had nothing but great experiences. I had ordered a large vanilla latte around 10:05ish and it was consistent as always. But today was off... Despite it not directly experiencing me, i had noticed that the cashier was shouting and yelling intolerably at customers. You can tell after the cashier had taken more orders, the vibe and the energy of the store became more awkward and timid. Regardless of how busy it is, the cashiers behavior was repulsive. I love Peet's coffee at home, we use their pods and coffee grounds. I had never tried their in-store beverages but had time to kill and stopped by. The store was clean (even the bathroom), & atmosphere was relaxing and pleasant as it was full patrons! Thomas took my order and was so pleasant as he suggested his recommended favorites! He was so friendly and had a great sense of humor with the customers; made you feel right at home. Virak was the barista and the best Carmel Macchiato I've ever had! He took the time to chat with me as I trash talked a coffee competitor (because they didn't even come close to this coffee quality )!
