I ordered the Providence crepe which had eggs, mushroom, sausage, spinach and cheese. Ingredients were fresh. The crepe was served with a side salad and beautifully golden and crispy potato twists. I also had an Americano which jump started my morning! Service was fantastic and the patio was filled with friendly people, mostly from the neighborhood. My wife ordered something that was too spicy (our fault) and we did not complain but the owner overheard her and I talking and walked up and offered a new dish at no charge. I was on my way to visit a dear octogenarian friend who loves a good hot chocolate, and Yelp absolutely did not disappoint when it led me to Venus. A coffee shop and tap room? Genius. The pastry case was gorgeous. I couldn't resist picking up a cheese Danish and a mini bear claw to go along with the hot chocolate, and everything was absolutely delicious. The team behind the counter was genuinely sweet, friendly, and all smiles. I always appreciate service that makes you feel welcome, and they certainly did.
