The closest Peet's to me now since I relocated from the San Francisco Bay Area... But the Major Dickasons and now the regular nitro cold brew (already sweetened with no milk/cream) is my new favorite drink. After moving to the area a few months ago I was yet to try their coffee and hadn't heard much about it. Was worried it was like Dunkin Donuts or Starbucks. However when I went in there last week to get a coffee I was very impressed. Yes I just ordered a coffee and to some that would be hard to stuff up. However I know the industry and how slack some employees can be. On this day the young man who had an exotic name was very friendly and polite. He was more than happy to add some Almond Milk to mycoffee and smile while serving me. The other employee even acknowledge my presents and I felt very welcomed. Will certainly be back again in the near future. Management team keep doing what you're doing as far as training and empowering your team! -Ohh and coffee was tasty, hot and fresh! read more

Consistently friendly service every time! I come to Peet's several times a week to pick up an americano and occasionally study there for hours on end. They have rockenwagner pastries which are awesome and I recommend their chicken chorizo flatbread! I like that they have a rewards app that you can check into each time you visit. This location is just too nice for me to almost share as I don't want more people to pollute the nice ambiance. I used to go to Starbucks across the street but man, it's a circus there. Plus, the tea selection at Peet's is amazing than most other coffee/tea shops. Outlets at every table. read more

I personally like the seasonal drinks at Peet's more than the ones at Starbucks. This is a nice place to meet up with a friend, with all of its outdoor and indoor seating. I actually give them about 2.5 stars. Don't get me wrong, the coffee is delish but their customer service needs major work! The last time I was there, the ladies were so cold. I was the only one in line so I was taking my time thinking I may try something new but the girl straight up wanted me to order right away. Then the barista overflowed my drink and she gave me an attitude when I asked her if my drink had 2%. I would only want to return if they improve on their customer service. read more

Peet's coffee has some really authentic tea that's hard to get anywhere else, however I've noticed that at this location the employees are checked out. They aren't interested in service and they don't try to help customers quickly. Otherwise, the tea is well worth it. Try the Jasmine Pearl Tea in the big pot, it's fantastic. read more

I come here to study often, mostly because they have some of the best coffee and espresso around! Studiers: It is generally more peaceful in the mornings and early afternoons. Late-afternoons and evenings, you get many more people coming to do business meetings, tutoring sessions, and chat. They have free wi-fi. Just ask for a wireless access code while you make your purchase. Coffee-lovers: They really brew FRESH coffee for you (if you happen to be the one who walked in the cafe after they crewed a batch just 30 minutes ago for that one other customer---they'll brew one again). But of course, this is Peet's, no surprise. And if you want bold, flavorful, smooth coffee, go for their Sumatra. Espresso-drinkers: 9 times out of 10, I love their double-espresso macchiato. It seems like the double-espresso macchiato is one of those drinks that a lot of coffeeshops/baristas just don't get right. Of course it depends on which barista you happen to meet here, but they usually give it fresh, dark, with a dollop of foam and no steamed milk (so the macchiato doesn't magically turn into a latte---which, if you want, you should order a latte), and in a clean ceramic cup! read more

This is the spot that I frequent a lot. As a college student, it can get boring to study at the same place regularly, so I tend to switch study spots. However, I noticed that each week, I always come here at least once. The ambiance is nice. Not too quiet or too noisy. The baristas are really friendly and helpful. The only down side is that the coffee shop is located inside Bella terra. The parking here is pretty bad, but if you come early during the weekdays, it shouldn't be too bad. Overall, I will continue to come here weekly as long as they keep the shop the same. read more

I really like this place. Their Lattes are great and the people that work there are very friendly. Prices are steep (but that's how I feel about most coffee houses) and sometimes service is slow but the pros out way the cons. I really like the outdoor seating especially during the summer months. LOVE!! Such a great coffee house. Even thought it's busy, they have tons of indoor and outdoor seating. Inside they have outlets everywhere. The barista was so helpful and directed me to the Xiao tea because I've been sick. They had samples out of some of their grab n go items, YUM! The food is great! The grab n go selection here puts my usual go-to coffee place to shame! The lattes are delicious and they do not hurt my stomach. My son goes to school right around the corner and I will definitely be coming here quite often. The maple latte is amazing!!! read more

Peet's is my go to place to get some great tasting coffee. I recommend getting the caramel macchiato! Their baristas (especially Shawn) are always really friendly and willing to go above and beyond to make sure you leave satisfied. I always prefer coming here over Starbucks because I can almost always find a seat, the chairs and benches are comfortable, and it's much more quiet/relaxing. read more

Made a partial complaint about the last time I came here with one of the baristas smothering my drink with chocolate syrup and they essentially apologized and gave me a free drink- without my having to ask for it! Look, I love Peet's coffee. Love me some french roast. Their pastries? Couldn't tell ya a thing. But I have been drinking a cup, or five, of Peet's every morning for probably 15 years. But I need to wax poetic for a moment. Every morning, be it weekday or weekend, that I've come in here, I've seen the same old man. He sits alone with his coffee by the milk and sugar station. He doesn't read, he doesn't do sudoku, he just sits there sipping a coffee. He's not one of these homeless guys you see in LA using the bathroom to take a bath, he's well dressed but he just looks lonely. One day, when I have time, I'm going to sit with this guy and have a chat. I'd love to hear his story. Part of me knows that the end of it probably involves losing his wife, but I wish I had time to spend with him. read more

If I could give zero, I would. This location's coffee preparation is horrible. I asked for blended matcha tea with no sugar, and receive matcha tea latte on ice. There was no flavor - all I could taste was milk. And this was not a cheap drink. Their sandwiches are not good. It's basically bread and meat in between and they charge $7 for them. I'm so disappointed - I just feel that I wasted $11. I have to throw my drink away just because it's disgusting. Not sure why this location has such good reviews. read more

Everytime I go to Pete's buy one get one free on Friday afternoon, they never have lemonade to mix with the icetea drinks. Whats the point of having a drink promotion if you can't order your favorite drink. Frustrating. read more

Great place and clean location. Things about coffee shops is that they really should get a few more tables. It was over 100 degrees outside that weekend I went and there were barely any seats available inside; we had to sit at the table reserved for the disabled customers (if someone came we would have moved). Got my coffee and looked for wi-fi access code; had to ask for it and apparently it was only for 1-hour. Okay... came to study crazy and this 1-hour limit actually helped me stay on-track for 1-hour because I was pushed to do as much as I can within the 1-hour period. Customer service wise... Workers seem so dry and humorless unlike some stores I have been to... They stand at the cashier spot and just stare at me; I felt like she was like "hurry and order..." Place is a bit far from where I live but I liked the interior... maybe I will visit again if I pass by... read more

Of all "Big" coffee, Peet's is the only one I have come to patronize and love as long as I have. This Peet's is -by far- the best and this is saying somethin' 'cause Peet's service is always exemplary! The girls are genuine - their greeting is calm and sweet and it is incredible how they remember EXACTLY what I like. I go from espresso breve lattes to Earl Grey tea lattes with either whole milk or almond milk and 2 pumps of vanilla - and before I even order I hear, "Are you having your...or your..." Micaela is awesome! I plan to kick this caffeine obsession but for the time being and until then, Peet's is my spot! read more

Daily drip coffee is much better than Starbucks and you can get it in a ceramic mug if you're sticking around.
