This was a coffee shop I had heard so much about, so I was glad to finally be able to visit it! I was a little bummed that they had already run out of the Strawberry Matcha Latte by the time my friends and I arrived, so I ended up trying the Iced Honey Latte instead, which I really enjoyed. I also ordered the Molten Lava Cake, and it did not disappoint! The contrast between the warm, rich chocolate cake and the ice cold vanilla ice cream was absolutely delicious, especially on such a hot day! Honestly, it is difficult to trust trending coffee shops online since we all got such different tastes in coffee. Unfortunately, this was not it for me. The espresso tasted bitter and burnt in both of our drinks. The vanilla syrup was not great either. The white mocha was better but it is difficult to mess that up. Hate to give a low review since the staff was so nice! They did seem busy, so sadly sometimes that leads to rushed drinks that are not great in quality. I wouldn't recommend trying this place. We spent part of the day on Bainbridge Island and went to this coffee shop to pick up beans to take home ($18 and $19 for Italian and French roast). We decided to stay for a cup of coffee. Hubby had a mocha and chocolate croissant. I liked his coffee as it tasted good. Neither of us liked the croissant, too dry and not tasty. I ordered a blueberry, chocolate drizzled cupcake. It tasted too starchy and Hubby didn't like it either. My iced flavored coffee with foam was unremarkable, weak and not tasty. We requested latte art for in house mug but he just ignored us and did not bother saying anything. Bariata was very friendly. She had beautiful smile everytime she interacted with any customer to give them their drinks. We also noticed a group of customers come in quarter before closing. They were respectful and patiently waited at the register to order. Cashier staff came out a minute before 4 and just told those customers that they are closed and turned customers away. We stopped by Pegasus Coffee House while visiting Bainbridge Island. It's a really cute spot with a cozy, classic coffeehouse feel--definitely has that local charm the island is known for. The bathroom was clean, which I always appreciate. The coffee and hot drinks were solid and enjoyable. Food was a bit of a mix--the avocado with smoked salmon toast was okay, but the chorizo wrap was good, just on the smaller side portion-wise. They also have a small selection of pastries, but I did really enjoy the apple pull-apart... honestly wish I had grabbed two because it was pretty small but tasty. It's located near the water, which is nice for a walk before or after, but just note there aren't actual water or ocean views from inside the café. Was visiting Bainbridge Island for a short while and literally just wanted to grab a coffee before heading back to the city. From the ferry, it's about a 15 min walk. This place can get BUSY so just expect a line out the door, but it moves reasonably. The drip coffee was delicious so I had to buy a bag of beans to bring home. They have indoor and outdoor seating. One of the reasons I planned a trip to Bainbridge was Pegasus. I ordered my usual iced latte. After paying, I saw my cup being filled with ice then set by the espresso machine meaning the shots and milk would be poured over the ice. My latte tasted like watered down coffee and I ended up throwing it away because it was so bad. My family and I made a stop at the Pegasus Coffee House on our adventure to visit the Bainbridge troll. We went right after the ferry unloaded on Saturday morning around 9:30am. The line was going out the door, but just barely. We waited for roughly 10 minutes before ordering. However, when we got inside there wasn't any seating available so we stood outside and waited. They have a nice outdoor seating area, though it's not covered so you're out of luck in the rain. My sister ordered a cappuccino and really enjoyed it! I was excited to see that they offered Macrina pastries and shared a croissant with my dad. We also tried the classic breakfast sandwich. It was served on toasted sandwich bread and included egg, sausage, and some sort of sauce. It was pretty good, though I think it may be better suited for a different type of bread. Cute coffee shop on Bainbridge Island! We went specifically for the hot cakes (chocolate molten lava cake) served starting at 3pm. It was served with vanilla ice cream with a crunchy caramel topping. It is very rich & worth sharing. You can get here by walking or scheduling a ride with the Pingo App. The small bus will accept your ride, estimate a time for pick up and you can scan your orca card once you get on it. The bus can take up to 30minutes to get to you depending on how many other stops it has and where it is on the island. Both rides I scheduled got to me within 15 minutes and it was a beautiful day, so the wait wasn't bad at all for point to point service. read more

Such a cute coffee shop! My breakfast sandwich was good and so was my latte, no complaints there! It was pretty busy and crowded for a Friday morning at 9:30am, there was no available seating inside and very few available seats outside. I wouldn't recommend taking the ferry to visit Bainbridge Island for just an hour, you definitely need to give yourself more time. Unfortunately, I didn't get to really explore the area at all because we were too focused on walking to/from and waiting on our food. Just want to give anyone that does an hour cushion for the ferry a heads up! Although we had gotten our coffee and bakery items fairly quickly, our other breakfast items (breakfast sandwich & avocado toast) took about 20-30 minutes. Granted, it was VERY busy and the staff were doing their best with the rush, totally understandable. The walk to/from the ferry was about 15 minutes, so we had to grab our items and practically run back to the ferry to make it on time.
