Orange chicken with noodles , Thai Coconut Curry Chicken, Honey-Seared Chicken

I tried this place and was extremely Insulted by the portion size. I received nothing but vegetables and rice. I payed extra to upgrade to fried rice and noodles.... The "fried rice " wasn't even fried just dozed in sauce. I should have been payed to take the food in all honesty. I don't recommend this place.

EGG in my fried rice, being a Vegan and specifically asked for NO EGG!

Always enjoyed having dinner at this place, however this past Wednesday we decided to pickup a family dinner and ordered our entree's via their app -in the app you're able to add notes and customize your order -well I did and being a Vegan specifically asked for NO EGG with my Spicy Tofu Fried Rice -well should I say more? I couldn't eat my dinner cuz the EGG was all mixed in and we had ordered 2 honey seared chicken entree's and the gave us Spicy General Tsao Chicken -so Don't Order past 7 pm cuz all they want to do is leave since they close at 8pm Update! I completed the Pei Wei Form let's see where it goes!!!!

Chicken dumpling

We ordered delivery because I had an uber eats coupon. We had the chicken dumplings, lettuce wraps and classic shrimp. Honestly, it was just ok, and definitely wouldn't have been worthwhile if I hadn't had the coupon. The dumplings were cold, the shrimp was extraordinarily unexciting. Most of its sauce was on the rice on the bottom and the veggies had very little flavor. The lettuce wraps, as always, tasted good, but it seems like the portion sizes have diminished.

Mongolian beef bowl w/cauliflower fried rice

This is not my first time here but it is the first review. I'm going to state what I have had before and then get to the most current. Past: orange chicken- OMG so good. Lightly breaded and good tasting sauce. I've tried their white rice and I like it. Present: I ordered Mongolian beef bowl with cauliflower fried rice. I was not a fan of this dish. I've had the Mongolian beef and I love PF Chang's! Every. Time. I even ask for extra sauce for my rice. THIS one, the sauce was thick and too much. The beef had some fatty on it and I am not a fan of that. The cauliflower fried rice ended up being super watery and mushy for me. Did not like it. I ate the beef and left all the rice. So I was still hungry and decided to order some lettuce wraps. Ugh more fatty! This one was worse than the beef! Grossed me out. I love the spicy plum sauce that they have at PF Chang's and they don't carry it here. My wife had a bento box. She liked it but not enough to come back and try it again. She has a favorite and a 2nd...this one is neither. Our co-worker joined us later on and she had the general Tao's chicken and she loved it. Her words "it's bomb." Things I would change: quality of meat and a little less sauce

Walked into restaurant early afternoon for a late lunch. Thought to myself... is it open? No employees in the dining area. Waited for a bit then walked toward the back room. Someone saw and came out to take my order. Love me some Pei Wei Orange. Nope they were out. I need to find a Chinese restaurant that actually wants my money.

It's a poor mans PF Chang's, Menu & Food is amazing. Prices are just right if you're on a budget. Not to expensive especially for the quality and quantity you receive. Kitchen staff is always on point as far as we can see. Restaurant is always well maintained and kept. Our only complaint is the dinning area is to small and could be bigger especially for their rush. Other than that a great place to eat lunch or dinner.

I have been here many times and I actually had to change my 5 star rating to a 3. The restaurant does not honor all coupons or specials. I checked in on Yelp and had an honor for a free hummus plate. I told the cashier who I found out was the manager and she said it expired three days ago. So even though this offer popped up when I came to the restaurant and no expiration date was listed that I could see, they do not everything. Very poor service in my opinion. If you have an offer especially in Yelp, they should honor it and then talk to Yelp about the mistake. I guarantee they did not know I am an Elite Yelper. Maybe my baseball cap threw it off. All restaurants should pay attention to their customers.

This location was tucked into a small strip mall, and looks kind of cramped. Walking in the waiting area we noticed a small area, and this place is a tad out dated. Peeling tint on the windows, old carpet, and in this place is in need of some TLC. Or a good coat of paint and a scrub. Five of us were seated after a small wait with a family of 3. After a long wait, our waiter Sebastian finally showed up and took our drink order. Various drinks ordered around the table, some ordering alcoholic beverages. I kept it simple and ordered a Coke. After another long wait, he was back with our drinks. Not wanting to wait another long period before he came back we wanted to order our food. Thankfully the guest family was ready. For me, soup for the appetizer, and the ribeye for dinner. Oddly enough, ribeye is hard to find at hibachi. Hoping it was going to be good. After a long wait, Sebastian brought our soup and salads to the table. I tried the soup, not a fan. Something about it just tasted odd. I was hoping for more of an onion-y taste, but was not getting that. To each their own... I just pushed it to the edge of the table next to my empty drink. I was hoping Sebastian took notice of the empty drink. After a reasonable wait time, our chef wheeled his cart with our food over, and confirmed our orders. Everyone's drinks were empty, so we were hoping Sebastian would be back soon. The chef, a white dude, attempted to speak Spanish, and distributed the ginger sauce and some sort of hot sauce of some sort. I was surprised there was no yum yum sauce. The chef got right to cooking, still giving Spanish lessons. Nice chef, just a bit odd. When you go to Disneyland you expect to see Mickey Mouse, not Chuck-e-Cheese. Same thing going to a hibachi. Impress me with Japanese, not Spanish. He gave us the basic hibachi routine of the volcano, train, and catch the egg game. Where's Sebastian? The Dad of our guests was annoyed his beer bottle was empty. Time to send a search and rescue for Sebastian. The chef saw we were annoyed, so he flagged down a young lady walking by and inquired about Sebastian. She stepped in and was our hero. Drinks flowed, and order was restored. Guest Dad got his beer, and things were better. My colleague inquired about yum yum sauce. Turns out, they had it, they just do not give it out freely. Said nice waitress came back quick with the yum yum sauce. The chef distributed rice. It was delicious. When it was time for the steak, it was cooked properly to my liking and was good. I see why hibachi restaurants do not serve ribeyes and stick with New York strips. Mine was a bit fatty, but lacked flavor. The chef did not do a very good job seasoning it and putting enough butter on it. It was not bad, but next time I'll go with the strip. That was 100% on me because I know ribeyes are a fatty cut. Abracadabra!! Sebastian reappeared. Not quite sure what happened, but he returned. Our drinks still stayed empty, but it was nice to see he was still alive. Our meal was finished, time for the check. Sebastian, might not keep your drinks filled quickly, but he was quick with the check. Looking at the bill, we were hit with an automatic gratuity. Once Sebastian reappeared, we asked him why we had to pay this, and he told us the restaurant had a 5 party gratuity rule. Considering the fact the service sucked, getting robbed on top of horrible service was an insult. Truth be told, I think the chef gave Sebastian a heads up that he was not getting a tip based on his performance, so he stuck it to us. Five is just an odd number to charge, I mean rob, gratuity from. We paid our bill and left. Do I recommend this place? Hmmm... Hard to say. Some things I can look past. Like the bad service, the odd chef, or the run down appearance. I can say the fried rice was absolutely delicious and my entree was pretty tasty. I might give it another try when I return to El Paso, but it won't be my first stop. This was easily a 4 star visit. But the bad service, and the cowardice act of robbing us for an undeserved tip knocked it down a peg. Until next time.....

Very clean establishment and good vibes with shoji screens and lighting. Our service was very good too! We explained how we have never been here before and our waitress explained in full detail the how to and their menu. She came back at a good rate and was very nice. Me and my partner got the standard course for two. It was around $68. That's a lot in my opinion for not that much food compared to a Korean bbq. The galbi short ribs for example, they only gave us 3. They couldn't even give us 4? Two each? That in general is also crazy small. The rest of the meats were flat pieces like brisket and little steak bits. That's not a lot of food. It looks like a lot but when meat shrinks it's just tasters. I'm not impressed with the amount I'm spending with the amount of food. It's honestly not a lot when you really break it down. We did try the mochi and me and my partner agreed that was probably the best mochi ice cream we have had. Plenty of options, very delicious and tasty. If you want some sort of BBQ experience, I would not come here as my first option. You're just wasting money when you can go to an all you can eat and order practically everything. If you wanted Individual plates of soemthing, for example the galbi short ribs for a plate was around $14. Cmon now. We wouldn't come back here. It was decent, too expensive for what you're getting. There's just better options to try. Thank you.

Their egg drop soup was my absolute favorite dish anywhere, which is why I truly hate writing this review--but it needs to be said. My family and I visited this location around 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, and everything from start to finish was surprisingly disappointing. Even though there were only a few parties in the restaurant, it took quite a while for our server to arrive for drinks. I ordered a pot of green tea and a gluten-free lettuce wrap appetizer. The server was polite and even brought honey for my tea (a nice touch), but the water was lukewarm at best--no steam, and cool enough to hold the pot. By the time the tea steeped, it was cool. We had finished our lettuce wraps before the server returned to take our meal orders. My young kids were getting restless, so we ordered quickly: a Buddha's Feast (stir-fried veggies and rice) for our toddler, chicken lo mein for her brother, and for me, a cup of egg drop soup and the gluten-free Singapore Street Noodles. My husband ordered the chicken fried rice. A quick restroom stop revealed something unsettling: drops of dried blood on a toilet seat. I immediately told a staff member, who did go address it right away--so credit where it's due--but it was still a gross and preventable discovery. When the food arrived, I initially appreciated that all gluten-free dishes came in distinct red and black stoneware, which helps reassure diners like me. Unfortunately, that's where the positives ended. Every dish was noticeably off from what we'd had at other locations. My toddler's Buddha's Feast was swimming in sauce--overcooked slivered carrots and snap peas in a mushy, soupy mix she refused to eat. My son thought the noodles in his chicken lo mein were "the best ever," but the chicken was a different story: dry, curry-coated, crunchy bits that seemed like an afterthought. He picked them out and just ate the noodles. My husband's fried rice was dark, dry, and overloaded with those same curry-dusted chicken chunks--it was inedible to him. Then my turn came, and this is where my heart broke. The egg drop soup, usually rich with vegetables and balanced flavor, had none of that. No carrots, no green onions, and instead of a savory soy base, it tasted like plain salt water--so salty it stung my tongue. The street noodles were no better: dry, dusty vermicelli covered in curry powder with no sauce whatsoever. I suspect this location didn't have gluten-free soy sauce, and they just omitted it. The dish also included more of those crunchy curry chicken pieces and several grape tomatoes that were clearly past their prime--soft, sour, and unpleasant. By now, my toddler was bored, hungry, and trying to wander off, so my husband took her outside to the parking lot. My son and I stayed to finish up, asked for to-go boxes, and waited... and waited. Although the server remained polite, it took nearly 30 minutes for him to return with our check because he was also tending bar. During that wait, I caught his eye multiple times as he made drinks for other tables. By the time we paid, my husband and daughter had returned, both ready to leave. For the first time ever at a P.F. Chang's, I left almost all my food behind. I even did something I almost never do--I tipped exactly 15%. We usually start at 20% or higher, but between the poor pacing, unappetizing food, and general sense that something was very wrong in the kitchen that night, that felt generous. I've since read that P.F. Chang's might have changed some recipes, but these changes were drastic and not reflected anywhere online. I honestly don't know if the chicken was supposed to be dry and curry-dusted, or if the stir-fried veggies were meant to be mushy and served like soup. I don't know if the soy sauce in the egg drop soup was intentionally swapped for salt, or if this was just an unfortunate, chaotic night in one location's kitchen. What I do know is that I'm heartbroken. P.F. Chang's used to be a safe, dependable, and enjoyable place for my family. Now I don't think I'm brave enough to find out if this was a one-time fluke or the new normal. I truly loved this restaurant--and this visit shattered that.
