I look forward to eating at Pekadills every year. The best food, great sandwiches, tasty sides, and the sweetest staff. Add on the little courtyard in the back and this place is really a fan fave. Highly recommend for anybody looking for that authentic homestyle feel sandwich

Quaint Sandwich shop with a ton of options. I had the Sueben which was a light Rueben with coleslaw. It was absolutely delicious. All sandwiches had were good. The ice cream topped it off. No sugar added apple pie ice cream for a big win. I will visit again. While we finished they even cleared our plates. Place is very dog friendly for those who can't go anywhere without their furry friends.

What a lovely lunch stop! The garden in back is adorable and there are several tables inside, both up front and in back of the restaurant. Service was incredibly friendly and efficient. Menu selection is huge. We tried the Sueben and the corn beef. Both were fabulous. Bread was fresh, sandwiches were stuffed and each came with a side.

Pekadill's is such a unique restaurant that features soups, salads, sandwiches and even ice cream! This unique spot has an outdoor garden area with several tables where you can eat and enjoy the beauty of a koi pond, green grass and beautiful flowers. If you stop on a rainy day, don't worry, there is also indoor seating. Pekadill's gets very busy during the spring and summer months, but don't let that discourage you from visiting! Although they can get very busy, the service is always great and your food will still be served within a reasonable amount of time. In regards to the quality of the food, I would say the sandwiches are incredible. Pekadill's always is generous with the ingredients so you definitely get what you pay for. They go heavy on the meats which is a win in my book! I have tried the chicken and dumpling soup and it was very slimy tasting unfortunately. But other than that I have no complaints about Pekadill's. They take credit/debit cards & there is plenty of street parking. I would highly recommend Pekadill's for lunch in the garden, especially because it is family owned. A staple to Whitehall, MI!

Yummy food and a great atmosphere! Be sure to take your food out to the patio. If it's a yucky day stop in for some of their amazing soups.

Great food and a beautiful garden to eat it in. There's a little play area for kids too. I wish it was open for dinner.

Being a burger joint, we obviously ordered everything but the burgers lol. We had a long trip ahead and didn't wanna feel too greasy but looking over at other tables later, the burgers looked delicious. I got the peach salad that came with curried pumpkin seeds and shredded asiago and croutons. I added grilled chicken for $4. I wished there were some fresh peaches on it but the salad was tossed in a peach dressing instead. The croutons also tasted like fried pieces of sandwich bread. I will say, I was so pleasantly surprised by how delicious this salad was! Holy cow, after a few days of camping, having vegetables was one thing, having this salad changed my outlook on life. My fiancé was a little saddened by the fact that we will be no where near this place (from Connecticut) becuase he thoroughly enjoyed his brisket wrap. Maybe it's the Mid Western charm and hospitality, but our experience was so great. After getting the bill, our waiter (who had two colored socks on and my friend thought he only had one, but alas, one sock was just black while the other was a hot pink) offered us our drinks to go and brought us back a full cup of iced tea and Dr Pepper. Our table of four left with a $70 bill which was fantastic, given that the food also satiated us to the best degree. All the way from CT, I wanna say: thank you Michigan. And thank you to the Gnarly Heifer, even though we did not taste your Heif.

They even us the old cash register. Ice cream was good and service was friendly. We didn't get a meal, but it looked great. Only thing I could knock them on was while the service was awesome, they are understaffed. There's just too many people with tourist season here. Parking was an issue for the same reasons and while I don't mind too much going to the atm, it's 2024 and cash and check only businesses can be frustrating. We'll be back for a meal, and it's worth a stop if you're close.

When we pulled into the parking lot some of us were hesitant based on the outside, however, I thought the outside was awesome! The murals are quirky and fun - my kid's loved the Yeti! The inside doesn't look big, but it fits a good amount of people - and they have a large bar, as well. It was fairly empty when we arrived at 1230, but by the time we left after 2pm it was busy! Lions were playing, too :) We had 10 of us and they quickly put tables together for us and were very accommodating. Jennifer was our server and she was AWESOME and handled our large group easily and with a sunny disposition. The menu is large, but not intimidating.. but makes for hard choices! They have some unique items on their menu that sounded SO good - like the peanut butter burger and walleye Ruben! Lots of apps, salads, daily soup, burgers, sandwiches, mains, and pizzas! Their kid's menu is large, as well with great side options instead of just fries. Our group started with the pizza rolls and the garlic bread balls - huge hits! Especially with the kids! Two people got the walleye Ruben and said it was great! One got the pot-roast meal and loved it. I had the smoked wings and thought they were awesome - especially the sauces - you can tell they are homemade! kids had pizza, mac n cheese, buttered noodles, chicken tenders, pulled pork, and probably some other items i am forgetting but the kids loved their food! We definitely had leftovers because portions are generous! We tried a porter they had on tap and 3 of us really enjoyed it - they have a nice rotating tap selection! All in all we enjoyed our meal and would recommend Oh Brother's for sure! We'll be back our next time in the area.

They fit in a impressive amount of seating in small area. The kitchen is open to view and gets the food out at Food Truck speeds. I call the food style as a Bbq and Mexican fusion, not sure what they call it. You order at the counter and they bring it out to you as each dish is ready. The Menu is very yummy, making it hard to choose. I couldn't decide between the Monte Cristo ($9.50) and the Ricki Bobby Burrito ($12). So I chose both, mixed half and half, and had a 2nd meal for the next day. They were both excellent with high quality ingredients. The portion sizes were very good and cooked to perfection. I preferred the burrito, but that's no knock on the Monte. They also include a side with each meal. I got Texas Mac n Cheese and Double Fried Spuds. Both of the sides were very good, however the spuds were very salty. The person I was with got the Smoked Bbq Spare Ribs with Slaw ($15). She stated both were excellent. On a side note the next day meal reheated perfectly. The service was speedy and friendly, even when they got slammed. Overall an easy 5 star review. If your ever near Whitehall this should be a must stop. Will I return? Absolutely! In fact please open a 2nd location in Grand Rapids!
