Don't waste your money. The sushi is not better than what you get from Kroger's case next door. And I tried this place 3 separate times because it is convenient. The last time the sushi chef left and his wife -- followed by their children -- went behind the counter and made my order. It seemed warm instead of cold. I just did not feel comfortable with the hygiene of the whole thing. So I did not go back. My husband gave their take-out a try today. He got lukewarm food -- and 75 percent was unappealing rice that was supposed to be fried rice. It looked like steamed rice covered with a brownish sauce. Loved the food here! My boyfriend, and I went here on a Saturday for lunch. There were only a few people inside so I was a little concerned. The service wasn't that great, and that is the only reason I didn't give it five stars. They weren't super friendly, and I kind of felt a little rushed by the waitress. I ordered the spicy salmon roll and egg drop soup, and my boyfriend also ordered the soup. All of it was perfect! I have a very high standard of sushi, so I was impressed. Very fresh, and flavorful. WORST PLACE EVER!!!! They use peanut butter in their Lo Mein .. but it is not listed anywhere on the menu. After 3 bites, I had to rush my son to the ER as he is very allergic to peanuts. The staff at this dump were rude and confortational about the incident and could not have cared less about my son's condition. Plus, my wife got food poissoning from the food as well. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE .. since they don't list all the ingredients, who knows what they put in their so called food. read more

The restaurant is in a good location with lots of parking. (Not private). The room was clean. It was muggy the evening I was there. I had supper around 530pm on a Tuesday There is a large menu of standard fare and a smaller "chefs menu". I order the palace trio from that. I tried the hot and sour soup (fair). The fried noodles were stale. For an appetizer I had crab Rangoon (very good). While not the best I've had, my entree was pretty good. It's very inexpensive. There was only one waitress for th whole place, and as much as she tried, we all had to wait a bit. read more

I gave it two stars rather than one only because our waitress was super sweet and accommodating and we really liked her. BUT I ate there yesterday and at 2 am I woke up to the worst vomiting I have ever experienced. I was throwing up the whole night and in horrible pain. Come to find out, my daughter and my sister that both attended with me were also violently throwing up all night. We are all still sick this morning and I will never go back. We had the rock n roll sushi and the hibachi chicken. I'm not sure what we got into but this is the worst food poisoning I have ever had. read more

Food is okay if you get it. My generals chicken came out by itself. My wife told me to eat figuring her lo mein would soon follow. Surprise my chicken gyoza appetizer came out instead. Another surprise, no chicken in them. Server argued that there was chicken even though I opened every piece and showed him that there was no chicken. The food here is ok for Chinese. It's not terrible but not anything to rave about. The service here at times has an air of being condescending. I find that very off putting. I tried to over look this. But you don't want to pay for mediocre food with a side of condescending service. After not going here several months my husband & I decided to give it a try again. This is my absolute favorite place to go for a special treat! The food is always amazing and fresh. The employees and extremely nice and helpful. This is the only place in town that my friend trusts for her General Tso's chicken and Chicken with Garlic Sauce. And I don't blame her. Just keep in mind that if you get your General Tso's to go, and have a 10-15 drive home like I do, the steam in the styrofoam box might take away the crisp factor from the chicken. Sad but true. Food is ok, typical Asian food quality. But the device lacks a lot. Family owned and run. Everytime we go in during peak times staff is sitting there eating themselves. Also like a childcare, as the children are always there running around or taking up space. Table service is poor. read more

Unsanitary, disgusting waitress. We ordered two cokes, the waitress brought two diet cokes that seemed flat. We told her and she took them back. We sat in the booth that had a view of the soda fountain they use. The waitress brought us new drinks but left our old ones on the soda fountain. I then proceeded to watch her use our old drinks, which we sipped already, to top off other people's coke or diet coke. I have a feeling our original drinks were old and likely recycled. This really made me wonder what goes on in back that I can't see. I've blacklisted this place bc of this. Wish I'd videotaped this and given it to the health dept. Don't go here unless you enjoy recycled items. read more

I used to love this place. I always ate the Phoenix and The Dragon (Shrimp and General Tso chicken). I took a date there and the food was terrible. The beef was as tough as leather. I am not going back. Customer service has never been good. The staff has a bit of an attitude. I am looking for another Chinese restaurant to go to. This place is very expensive. Order at your own risk! This place used to be my favorite in town... used to be. I ordered online and put in to use my credit card. They never called to get the number so I had to pay cash. It took an hour to get me the wrong food! I ordered online and they still managed to mess it up!! They left off items, didn't include any sauce for the "cheese wontons" and what I did get was awful. The only thing I could eat was the wontons since they got my main order wrong and it was something I don't like. Those were inedible. They were soggy, overcooked, and greasy. There was no cheese left in them they had been so overcooked. They had been put into the box so hot it melted but by the time I got them they were soggy and barely warm. I was hungry so I tried eating them but even starving I could only manage to eat two. This is not the first time they have completely messed up my order. The food here used to be good, but it has gotten so bad at this point that I will not be ordering from here again. read more
