My order was poo poo platter for one and combination plate number 8 which has egg foo young pork strips and I paid extra for lo mein. The chicken wings were undercooked and rubbery. The egg roll was overcooked and burnt. I asked for vegetable egg foo young and I got pork egg foo young. The egg foo young is full of pork but what it wasn't full of was flavor. Lo mein is one of my very very favorites this one was totally uninspired with no taste. The deep fried chicken finger and the deep fried shrimp in the poo poo platter was totally unremarkable. Love the food delivered from here, I think delivery is cash only. My favorite is the boneless ribs but family also enjoys the curry with chicken and the chicken and vegetables. Delivery to East Braintree was fast but the food itself lacked a lot of flavor. My 2 favorite appetizers - beef teriyaki and crab rangoon - were not good. The beef teriyaki didn't have any teriyaki flavor - simply tasted like chewy beef on a stick. The crab rangoons did not have a rich and creamy cream cheese filling. The filling was kind of clumped in one ball and the wonton shell was not light and crispy - it was dark and appeared to be old and refried for our order. Boneless spareribs and general gao chicken were just ok - they also lacked a lot of flavor. We did like the chicken wings and chicken fingers but will not be ordering from this Chinese food restaurant again. We paid $93 for the food order and threw most of it away as we did not care to go back for seconds. read more

Food was just ok - which was disappointing because I live in New York now and Chinese food is actual garbage there so I was looking forward to Massachusetts Chinese. Used to be a great place. The people that work there now are EXTREMELY rude. I don't know how the food is now because I never got to finish placing my order. Very good Take Out Chinese food place fast and friendly. Last time I went there the food was not as good as it used to be so 3-stars. Since I have not been here in awhile they have moved across the street (construction). I have noticed there is one in Quincy center as well? The problem I had the recent time I went was the Sesame Chicken was sort of overcooked which meant I had to nawh on it, was a bit hard and almost crunchy. But everything else wasn't bad - used to be the best in Weymouth? maybe the South Shore? Will try Quincy next time. read more

The Weymouth counter part to my favorite Chinese food take out place in Quincy! The menu for the most part is the same, but there was a few noticeable differences. All and all, they offer the standard dishes that you would expect from Chinese take out. I feel like the prices were a little higher here than in Quincy, but I definitely got more food here than I ever did in Quincy. They were extremely busy the night that we stopped in. Wait times for delivery were reaching over an hour and it was only 7pm. Cash only and there's an ATM located outside to the left. Parking can get tricky as anyone who has driven through the Landing would know. read more

This is the best Chinese food in Weymouth imo. We've tried them all. The ham egg foo yong is so delicious here, gravy is awesome, my favorite item. Usually we get the chinatown plates and they are an awesome value. We've had most of the chef's special dishes and they are pretty good too. They can go a little heavy on the water chestnuts so we just say none, but other than that, this place is solid for take-out. All American Chinese is kind of greasy, and everyplace around here is too unless you get a steamed plate, but why bother if you just want the contrasts of salty, sour, sweet, umami, bitter, etc. Good use of flavors here. Got the number 7 again. Each time its a good choice. Comes with beef teriyaki, boneless spare ribs, chicken fingers, and friend rice. Everything was good, and tasted good. Not much fat on the ribs unlike other places. Beef teriyaki sticks had good size pieces of meat and taisted great. We got delivery and they were prompt even with our large order. This place is BAD! The people are SO rude . Specially the delivery guy. It took them 1 hr and 20 min for me to get my food and the delivery guy got mad that we were paying with a large bill when we told the guy who took our order that if it was ok to pay with a large bill.
