One filling fell out the same day it was placed. The office was quick to replace it, but within three months, nearly all six fillings had fallen out. I repeatedly attempted to contact the office regarding the issue (via phone, text, and email) and often received no response or callback. It took months of persistent follow-up before I was finally issued a refund. Fool me twice: I unfortunately decided to return for a cleaning despite my prior experience. The cleaning itself was fine, but additional services including irrigation and fluoride treatment were performed without the costs being explained to me beforehand OR requesting my consent to additional charges before performing a service. I was only informed about the charges as I was leaving. I just received a bill in the mail after requesting the charges be submitted through insurance. I did not consent to these charges and feel entirely blindsided by this practice. Based on my experience with the failed dental work, lack of communication, and unexpected billing concerns, I would not recommend this office. Don't waste your energy here.

The place was clean, and had a good ambiance. I'll tell you in 4 visits the reason why I gave this dentist a bad review. One mistake is fine but then a tooth popping out and an excuse is not something I appreciate, they need to own the mistake and move on. Not only that, why would you charge a service if it was not a fault but an error by the process. They already received tons of money for what I wanted to getting fixed, glad I had insurance. I gave them a -1-star for the reasons below. 1st visit on 10/13/23. I had the first visit routine, x-ray and cleaning to start with, that was fine. I had some work to get done and I wanted to include the 3 teeth sections 12/13/14 that had silver fillings since I was young so that was part of my plan. 2nd visit on 11/15/23, with Dr. Mo was the dentist and put on the crown onlay for #12/#13/#14 teeth. It was at the end of the day and I was there for a couple hours. When I walked out I noticed a part came off (attached pic). I didn't think anything of it since my mouth was still numb. When I got home, I felt the #14 tooth and noticed that there was a gap that I felt when I placed my finger there. Not only that, when I floss, it stops. I told the dentist when I called and I didn't get to go back right away, due to work priorities but made a follow-up appt. 3rd visit, with Dr. Mo on 12/21/23, he looked at the section but didn't notice anything after I told him that I can put my fingernail back there and I felt a gap but he brushed it off. I was annoyed but thought it might be just me. I know that the section is hard to see but that should have been taken care of but nothing happened. This visit was to put in an onlay filling tooth #26 and a resin composite, I can't remember what it was but it was a few things. It's at the bottom right tooth 3rd from the back. I was eating an apple and noticed that tooth #26 popped out. I know that the office was closed but sent a text on 12/23. Dr. Mo responded and explained the location but didn't respond but told me that they are open again after the holiday on 01/13/24. I made an appt. on 01/05/24. 4th visit, can't remember the dentist but she patched it up and said that this happens sometimes with tooth popping out. I thought to myself, "Why would I come back if my tooth keeps popping out." I think that they forgot to put a cement on the tooth and that's the reason it popped out, otherwise, why would it just pop out. It was a clean tooth and no cement was visible. That's the reason I put my reason for that. To top that off, they had me sign a form and they charged me for the visit. Then they wanted me to come in for a cleaning. I told them to check their record, I was there in October. I was super annoyed this time but held my composure and kept calm. Today, 03/27/24, I now have issues with sensitivity with the top right tooth #14 with the gap that had the part that fell out. I now have to find another dentist to fix what error was made because there is no way that I would ever return to this dentist. This was a disappointment. I thought it was me but after 4 visits I'm done with them.
