Windows arrived on time and were installed in early Nov 2025 on date set a month in advance. They cost more than some other brands but the rooms where they were installed were much warmer this winter and the gas bill was lower than last year. The installers were very knowledgeable and did a great job. We will be buying additional windows this spring. read more

If there was an option for 0 I would select it. Ordered my new doors in October and it took until February for them to show up. I'm not sure the installers had even seen a door before the showed up to install mine. They had no idea how to install the handle and after being there for over 10 hours had to leave and i was unable to secure or lock my front door. They also broke the handle and the screen on my slide door during the install. Took several months and me chasing the sales rep and the installer to come back and address all the issues. And all for the most expensive doors on the market. DO NOT USE PELLA!!!!!!!!! read more

We had used Pella on a previous window project so decided to give them a call again for a window upgrade project in 2025. Mabry was sent out to give us a quote. He did a very fine job of analyzing our windows upgrade needs and measuring the varying window sizes we have across the front and back of the house (It's a lot of windows!).We had another estimate by a second company and decided to go with them over Pella. This is no slight against Pella whom my wife was satisfied with in the past. They are a reputable company and would be able to handle most any window project. The only reason I gave Pella a 1 star is because there isn't a way to give negative stars. Terrible product with no customer service. Every window in my house leaks, and some have caused considerable damage. A wall of my house is getting torn down right now to replace rotted siding caused by Pella windows. read more

I purchased triple hung pella windows in 1992 and Pella stated that now they are now able to repair the windows. Beware, if you purchase Pella products and keep them for decades you are on your own when trying to get Pella to repair their products. read more

Amazing windows! Had them installed by Power Hones Remodeling based in Chester PA.. we had a seal break in our picture window elastic fall, turned purple. We filed for a replacement. Almost one year later, Power Honesbtells me you guys are backed up and can't make me a window. today after Ida hit us in PA. The window is leaking! We ordered replacement windows from Pella March 2022. The total was over 20k, and we were told the turn around time was 8-10 weeks. A month later, we got an install date of July 21st, which put it at 16 weeks. We were told they would be here to do the install July 21st and 22nd and possibly a half day on July 23rd. We went with Pella because we thought they had superior customer services. We were counting down the days until the install. I Made daycare reservations for our dog and made sure to clear my work schedule. They confirmed the install date on Friday July 15th. On the morning of July 21st, we received a call at 9am saying the crew could not make it due to rain, and they had to speak with the scheduling manager to see if they would make it on Friday the 22nd. I called back the same day to get an update and was told they would call me back. I did not get a call back and we were left wondering if they would come out to do the install Friday the 22nd. On the morning of Friday the 22nd, I called and emailed Pella to see if they were coming out and if not were there any updates on our installation. They did not call us back, but did reply to the email saying they are trying to get us rescheduled. We did not understand why they needed to reschedule as the crew was originally scheduled to be here on Friday. The weather was fine and there was no rain in the forecast. We called them back around noon thinking they would have some answers for us, but our calls went unanswered. My husband and I left a total of 3 voice message on Friday. My husband called Pella's corporate office and they said they would follow up with Pella of Georgia, but never did. We called again before around 4:30pm on Friday and the corporate office put us on hold and then the call dropped. Now we are going into the weekend with no idea when out windows will be installed. We paid over 20k and feel like we have been ripped off. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They misrepresented their turn around times, did not communicate effectively about their scheduling and did not bother to call back. I've never regretted my purchase as much as this one before. read more

BUYER BEWARE! Absolutely awful & costly experience. If you're considering windows/doors please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere - we're wishing we had. We've been paying for Pella Impervia double hung windows and doors to the tune of ~$40k, which were either: 1) installed incorrectly, resulting in damage to my walls, ceilings, hardwood floors 2) partially installed - as in physically sitting only halfway through the hole in my walls 3) have yet to be delivered Ordered in June '18 Partially 'Installed' August '18 It's now November '18 with no word on when/if this job is ever going to be completed and products delivered - damage to my home from the improper installation keeps getting worse. Plenty of pics and videos to show if you're interested in seeing why doing business with Pella is a disaster waiting to happen. Initially purchased because Pella supposedly had a strong reputation but believe me, as the damage to my home continues to pile up from these leaking windows, please look elsewhere. read more

Top notch company. I have all my windows replaced in my 40+ year-old home. And then the front door and French doors a year later. Great service and professional advice. I had several other companies tell me the French doors weren't a standard size and would be a problem to replace unless specially made. Pella had no issue and had doors to fit. This was our second experience with Pella. We had the windows in our sunroom replaced. Our sales rep was Bert Persichetti. He was the reason we returned to a Pella for the second round of replacements. He was honest and not at all pushy when showing us the options that were available. Nothing is perfect all the time. We faced a small glitch during install, but he was there for us and handled it all. We appreciate his excellent customer service. The windows are excellent quality. Missed deadline. Was promised windows before Christmas, then was put on the schedule for Dec 26. Now they're not showing up and cannot tell me when I will get windows. All they can tell me is that if I cancel my order that I lose my $2500 deposit. I opened a dispute with the credit card company but the sales rep says Pella will just send them a copy of my contract. It appears that once you sign the contract, they don't have to honor it- they can spend your lifetime saying the windows are on their way, and as long as they keep saying this then they don't have to give you a refund. read more
