Attended 3 different classes so far with more on the calendar. First class was sushi, 2nd class was fresh mozzarella and ricotta cheese, and then today it was Ramen. Really enjoyed the hands-on approach and how Chef Scott explains the science behind cooking things a particular way. He has fancy new sharp knives to make the food prep a cinch. Each 2 person group has their own cooking stations and each person gets to participate at every step of the way. Love making items from scratch as it really makes things taste so delicious and you know what goes into every dish without the harsh chemicals, and artificial ingredients.
