I've been putting it off forever but when I also happened to get a pearl bracelet from my husband for Christmas that got damaged and warped, I knew I needed to get it fixed. Since the original jeweler who made my wedding band and engagement ring went out of business many years ago, I needed to find a new local jeweler to help with my jewelry. After many very prompt back and forth messaging via Yelp, I finally found time in my busy mom life schedule to swing by and get my jewelry looked at! Olga and Emma were so kind and patient while discussing with me what we could potentially do with the bracelet. The ring resizing discussion was easy and we were able to settle on how much bigger I'll need the band. They send their jewelry offsite for repairs and were very clear and communicative about the process and cost. Loved my interactions with the staff and think I've found our new local jeweler for all our jewelry needs!

Any business is free to establish their own policy and I have no problem with appointment only in fact many jewelry stores operate on that model but I do take issue with them not answering whether they have the piece in store. If I make an appointment and they don't have the watch available isn't that a waste of everyone's time? I've now occupied your staffs time when another appointment could be made with a potential buyer and now I'm put off having wasted time as the piece I'm looking for is not in available for viewing. The staff on the phone is courteous it's just an odd policy and different from the past. Maybe their just annoyed by these types of questions

They offered me a cold water on that hot day, and even cleaned a diamond necklace I was wearing! It was stunning after they cleaned. I had no idea how dirty it was. The woman that helped me was kind enough to show me a gold shrimp ring that I would love someday. Was a great experience. I'd love to go back and SHOP someday!
