It's frustrating working with this company trying to get estimates from them. I initially called…read morethem by phone asking if they can give me a rough estimate for a custom front door, barn door and some shelvings for my clients laundry room. They asked me to send an email with pictures and measurements which I did. I never got a respond from them whether they received it or not. Called back 2 days later to check. They said they got the email and we're working on getting a rough estimate to me. Once we approve the estimate, they will come out to do their own measurements. Waited another 2-3 days and didn't hear anything. Called them back but it went to voicemail. Then I got a text as seen on photos. They said they were closed that day but will get estimate to me by tomorrow. Tomorrow came, never got the estimate texted them back, got another text saying they were working on it and will send by the end of the day. Texted back at the end of the day and didn't get a respond and now it's the weekend. I found them on Yelp and saw that they had a good amount of Yelp reviews and rating so I reached out to them but I never would expect for them to take so long to give an estimate. This is extremely frustrating because of these false promises! You need to do better as a company!

He and his guys were so professional and kind from start to finish. They did a beautiful job and cleaned up so nicely every day. They always came exactly when they promised which is better than a lot of contractors that I have used. All of the crew really knew what they were doing and did it with great craftsmanship and care. I had a little security light break off during the installation and they came right to me and were so apologetic and wanted to order a new one right then and there which they promptly put back. It wasn't a big deal for me, but it shows the kind of care and honesty that they have for their customers. Mike was also wonderful at returning calls and emails and answering questions which I really appreciated despite that he's very, very busy. I don't find a lot of contractors that are so attentive these days. I even accidentally overpaid Mike on the last installation and before I could even call him to tell him my mistake he has already put a refund check in the mail!!!!! Bottom line: While they might not be the very cheapest they are very professional, skilled and trustworthy. It's worth the best for a structural and functional part of your house that you will live with for many years. Thanks Mike and team!!!!!!

My neighbor suggested reaching out to 'AndersOn Window and Door'. For the same price, they replaced all 15 windows in our house and a sliding glass door. John was amazing to work with, answered all our questions and his crew was great!! So professional and respectful. One of the crew even took a few minutes to fix a sticking door that was not part of the project. I cannot recommend Anderson Window and Door enough. Renewal by Andersen...not so much
