This studio is farther from my place so I had to plan ahead of time for classes. They do not offer enough class times. They did not answer the studio phone. The customer service is horrible. The teacher Debbie is great but the owner was not helpful. I was not able to sign up online since the owner would not/had not input the coupon code. I called to sign up for class and she NEVER called back to tell me it was canceled. I drove 30 minutes excitedly to class to find out there was none. After I tried calling, she barely responded with a text. This is poor service and left me with a horrible taste in my mouth!

She's by far one of the best instructors I have ever taken pilates from. Regardless of how often I do pilates (and I do it a lot!), she's always giving me advice on how to improve my form and stay focused on all the aspects that make me get the best workout possible. Pilates is one of those things where if you are doing it wrong, it's easy, but if you are doing it correctly, it's a killer workout. And only a great instructor like Taylor can ensure you are doing it correctly. She's also full of passion and energy. Although I have done pilates for nearly a decade, nearly every week she still manages to come up with new exercises I have never done. She's fun, encouraging and great at what she does.
