I first wrote about Todd & Co back in '13 and he is still the same now as he was then. Our computer that he built for us was acting up so after a phone call, I dropped it off with him to look over. He called me back a couple of days later and told me that my computer just needed to be really vacuumed out because of the dust. I wish I could give peoples PC 10 stars. If you have computer issues I reccomend using peoples pc. I got my trading computer fixed in a little over a week. Todd actually found more issues than my power supply. He recommend that I get 2 more fans to help cool my computer ( he wasn't hard selling or anything like that). I was having a major meltdown with my business computer a few years ago- luckily, I found Todd through a Christian radio station I listen to. Todd is great. I had issues with a dying laptop,it was used for business and always slow running with quickbooks. I had just met Todd for the first time and he is very akamai about his craft,he offered options,but inthe end I went with his suggestion and couldn't be happier. Now I have a super fast computer with a warranty and so stoked he was able to SAVE and transfer everything from my dead computer to my new one. I called Todd in panic because I had spilt liquid on my laptop and it had stopped working. He made time for my husband and I to stop by immediately to take a look at it. During the whole process he was very thorough with examining everything he was doing as well as giving us a better understanding as to how our computer works.
