He suggested to bring car in, and he will have a look. Had car towed there. Found out it was an ignition coil. Tim also mention the I need to replace a wheel bearing, and control arms. My car was pulling hard to the right, so I thought it needed an alignment. They inspected it and told me it didn't need one at all. Instead, they found a different issue (I can't remember exactly what it was), and the repair ended up costing much less than an alignment. They could have easily told me they performed an alignment and charged me more, but they didn't. They chose the honest route, and that says a lot about their integrity. I've since scheduled another appointment because my A/C is blowing almost nothing but warm air--which is definitely not doable in Florida! I'm grateful to have found my go-to shop for anything related to my car. It's such a relief to know I can trust them to be fair, honest, and not recommend repairs I don't actually need.

They had the car for 3 days and said the transmission was so messed up that they couldn't work on it. They charged me the diagnostic fee and then told me they needed me to get the car due to lack of spaces in the lot. I had another mechanic look at it because I knew the transmission was fine before it started running bad. He told me to get a new set of spark plugs and changed 2 of the ignition coils for $200. The car has been running perfectly ever since, no transmission issues at all.

They came back with a estimated charge of 1843.00 to fix what was wrong...and recommended new air and cabin filter...flushing brakes...wind shield wipers....I figured I could do that myself so I declined...paid the 1843...and just got back from picking up my car...only my car is not with me...you see... Upon getting in my car...cranking it up and literally crossing the street into a car wash...I observed the following: 1.Check engine light still on. 2. ABS not working light on 3. Inflate tires light on. I don't know about most folks...but when you drive 30 minutes to pick up a car...and you have paid over 1800.00 to get it fixed only to see your dash lit up like a Christmas tree....well...let's just say you start to wonder who it is your dealing with. For those not following me...if someone pays me over 1800 to fix a vehicle and I claim to have inspected vehicle...would I a least bend over and blow up a tire(lol). This place is horrible...they got a little mechanic there that really made me question this place. He was trying to tell me those lights were not on...but their own photos(on their computer) CLEARLY show that they were.
