Have had issues with this shop before but gave them another chance with a non-diagnostic job. I went to them to purchase 4 new tires and get them installed. The price listed on the website was very competitive. When I got there the price quoted was $40 more than the online "out the door" price. The man at the counter would not budge on his price stating the online price did not include a state tax even though the online price was set for his store and DID in fact include a tax listed as state tax. I told them to do the service anyways and while waiting was able to contact a representative online that called the shop and I was given the online price. That's a lot of work for me to get the price I was previously quoted. Once I received my vehicle my TPMS is showing tire pressures of 32 43 45 and 53. So now I must go get my tire pressures adjusted to the proper amounts. I was under the impression that when you bought tires and got your car back that they would check to make sure that this was done. I dropped my sprinter off yesterday for several hours because the front end was making noise. Not sure why all four tires were removed. was told it was the front right wheel bearing and verbally quoted $380 for parts and labor and was asked to drop it off the next day as they didn't have the part. I dropped it off at 10:30 am and called back three hours later as I was told it would be done in two hours. They told me they were still waiting on a part that wasn't coming until 2:30pm. when I finally went to go pick it up at 330 I had already paid a $100 deposit the day before and when I asked what the charge was going to be he said $500. After rudely saying that they never quoted me $380 (stating just the parts cost $380) I was told they would call the police on me if I tried to leave without paying At least $380. I ended up paying $330 because they beat me down. I have never been treated so rudely by people in my life, the noise is still occurring and when I called back they HUNG UP ON ME. My vehicle that I live in full time was left unlocked for hours out in front both days I left it after I specifically asked that they make sure it was locked. I had a leak in one of my tires. My dad suggested Tires Plus so I went. The staff were super friendly. I didn't have to wait at all except for the time it took to check the tires and fix the one with the leak. They saw my sticker that said I was due for an oil change and asked if I'd like that taken care of. And I did! So that was perfect. I asked about when I should start using synthetic oil and he explained it was a mileage thing and my mileage wasn't high enough to worry about it. He suggested 75k. He didn't have to do that. He could have scared me into paying extra for that NOW. But he didn't. The technician let me know what things would probably come next with my car but that I don't have to worry about them yet. When I got to my car there was a thank you note and a carnation on the passenger seat. I've never experienced this level of service and just...sweetness and honesty in any car related facility of any kind. Super fast. Helpful. Above and beyond. Im a fan. read more

I brought my new tacoma in to get an oil change and tire rotation. While draining the oil the "tech" spilled oil on the belly pan so much so that it coated the underside of my pickup including exaust. I thought i had a leak, but i didnt. I called the manager and he told me that because of how the truck is designed you cannot prevent spillage, or clean it up after. WILL NOT COME HERE AGAIN Got my oil changed, that went great. While I was there they notified me I needed radiator hoses replaced. I told them I would have to come back and I did a couple days later. I proceeded to get that replaced. While being there they told me that I now needed a back left baring replacement. I told them to hold off because I found it odd that that they didn't let me know a couple days earlier about the issue when they looked the car over... I took it to my Toyota dealership and had them look it over from top to bottom and found nothing wrong but the belt being loose on my alternator... So long story short they there tech Mike 03 and their service advisor Ken 07 "which wasn't his name on the badge" tried selling me services that I never needed to try to gain a commission especially seeing it was a company car. read more

My car battery started acting up yesterday morning but this location found a problem with my back brakes too. I told them that we can just focus on the battery and oil change for now, they said it was dangerous etc so I said okay. Then I told them I was at work and had to get my son to boy scouts at 5. They said no problem they'll get me a rental. Went to enterprise at 5 when they told me and no rental. Went back to them and was told " we can't put your car back together, enterprise should have called you." They turn a battery job into an excuse to take your car apart and leave you SOL. I have historically used tires plus but this is not a great experience. Definitely never again and I work half a block away. Its a shame. read more

Here's the story: I purchased ended up having to purchase a BRAND new tire for $140 a week and a half ago. Mind you, when I came in, I already had a tire that I just needed to put on. The tech puts the tire that I brought on and somehow this used tire that I literally just bought from another tire shop is supposedly "leaking air". I was on the phone distracted to I said whatever and just paid for a new tire. Immediately, the tire is leaking air and going flat within about 36 hours. I brought it back a week later, and they said the wait would be at least an hour and a half. Mind you there is only 2 cars there and one guy working. I did not have time to wait, so I left. I came back today, and am now dealing with incompetent Carl. This place is an absolute JOKE. I'll NEVER bring my car here again, you're better off going to a local tire shop. At least there you'll know they do honest work, are competent, and will get the job done RIGHT. This is the WORST service I have ever experienced in ANY type of service business, or company period. You KNOW it's bad when other people working there, and potential customers AGREE. This is a DISGRACE. Place deserves to be completely shut down. I'm in the lobby and other customers are complaining. If you want terrible service that will give you more problems & waste more of your time, this is the place that you want to come to. PS. I came to this location as a new customer. My left tire was reading extremely low in pressure. Charles immediately attended to it. Filled it up and checked the pressure. I drove away. The sensor said it was still low? I returned 2 days later and met Jeff, the manager. He immediately went out and started to check all my tires. Jeff informed me my sensor or the codes for the Mercedes were wrong. It was the right front not the left front! Somehow the tire sensor was backwards.??? He was right! I drove away with it reading perfect. Then a friend got a flat tire the next day. I told him about the honest & fast service and wonderful customer service at this location. He had a tire warranty somewhere else. They wanted to take hours so he took my advice & saw Jeff. They fixed it immediately and he was happy and on his way! Then my rear tail light burned out. I went back to see Jeff. Again he and Tim and Charles exceeded my expectations. I'm a lady. They checked all the lights. Found 2 more burnt out. Drove to Mercedes/picked up new OEM bulbs and installed. All this at a VERY COMPETITIVE PRICE I might add SHOUT OUT!!! to Tires Plus for providing excellent service. Honest service! I needed 4 tires installed I bought elsewhere. Truck is put on the lift, all wheels removed and tires deflated and I was told they couldn't replace the tires because of a beauty ring. I explained they could be done without removing the ring and showed him where it said so on the internet. Still refused to change the tires. I advised I would remove them myself, with my tools, would take 2 to 3 mins. Was told no and he refused to do it. Put my original rims and tires back on the truck, as I leave my tire pressure warning lights are blowing up. All 4 tires are under inflated. U would think a tire shop would get that right, especially when they drove the truck out to the lot and would have seen the warning lights at that time. The truck doesn't let u miss them. I removed the beauty rings when I got home with a screw gun in 90 secs flat for all 4. Did I mention they tried to pry the beauty rings off that clearly have 22 screws in them? How does that work? Bought 4 tires from them and an alignment. they are masters of the bait and switch. went back for a "free" tire rotation and they told me that they didn't have the lug nut key and couldn't do the rotation. They suggested I buy a replacement lug key from the ford dealer. Went to the dealer and guess what, the lugs dont even lock. This place is dishonest and a waste of time. They are excellent and try to repair you tires a quickly as possible. I have been going to them for a decade and never had a problem. When I make an appointment, I rarely wait very long. The dude works extremely fast, and no re-work will be needed. I have the lifetime alignment for my off road Jeep and take it in once a month to get everything straightened back out. However, I'm upset that I took my sister inlaws car there last month and was told that the coils were bad and needed to be fixed. We paid $16,000.00 and the next day the car was doing the same thing. We called them today and told them and had them look at it again. I was told it was the transmission this time and it would be about $7000.00.They told us to take the Van to Car Max and trade it for a new car. It is awful that they didn't tell me a month ago that it was the transmission. This company has lost my whole family's business and will definitely see a loss of income because there are 15 of us and our patrons from our family business! Terrible mechanic- I brought in my car for shocks and a wheel alignment The shocks were improperly installed and had to be redone because they were rubbing metal against metal. The alignment did not work. And they damaged my convertible roof. We will see if they refund my money or fix the damage. read more

Depends on who helps you here. Some people are very helpful and others not so much. They do have great hours but like any other place- come in for an oil change and they try and sell me hundreds of dollars worth of things my car "needs" update- yep they said I needed new breaks, tires and I forget what the other things are but a $19.99 oil change could have cost me close to $1,000 if I did everything they said. I wish I wasn't in a rush this weekend or I would have fixed the problem my self My left rear window fell at the car wash around the corner. I took it here to be replaced quickly as I don't have the time this weekend to fix it and I couldn't just put a tarp over the car where it will be parked. Basically I needed a new window motor/regulator assembly ($60 at advanced auto) and a little less than an hours labor $54. They wanted to charge me $320 out the door. ABSURD!!!!! I had my right front window regulator and motor replaced at pepboys for $189 total. They criminally upped the price of the part. ($60 at local auto parts stores) They increased it %300 charged $198.75 At least they took of $45 diagnostic cost after I mentioned buying tires from them for years from my old shop down the road on court at (Honka automotive) BUT the $45 was supposed to be rolled into the repair anyways and not charged additionally. That's the standard in the industry. My total bill out the door was $$275 almost $100 over what it should be guess that's how this place is now a days though. Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is at least it was done today. read more

Took my 02 wrangler in for a huge flat and had them look at misfiring and a few other things. Not only did they patch up my tire without trying to up sell a whole new set (which they cold have done), they took care of the misfiring and it runs better than it has in awhile. This was all very last minute (as I showed up without notice on a tow truck) and had it back in a few hours. My Jeep is heavily modified and has an engine swap. It's hard to find a shop that is willing to work with it for that reason. Ken took care of us the entire way and was absolutely amazing to deal with. I have no idea is to why TiresPlus on EBay Dr wouldn't want to help me. Maybe cause I drive a better car than they do. But they shouldn't be jealous. Took my car in for a brake assessment due to intermittent mild audible squeak. A month prior, oil change mechanic(Jiffy Lube) mentioned I needed front/rear brake pads and rotors. I spoke to Jose Ashby(Tires Plus Manager) about my brake concerns. He personally showed me the actual wear on all four brake pads(Tires Removed with car on lift) and assured me I didn't need any servicing at this time. No charge for anything! Found tires here for car. Had price matched at a local tire center. Tired plus bad mouthed the tire center saying that they quoted a wrong tire. Offered coupons to have work done- they did take coupons, but it seems the prices in most items have an adjustable rate- so I do not feel that a value was achieved even with discounts. Then the wait--- and longer wait! Car to be done in 1-1 1/2 hours, actually took 3 hours. and the tires that they 'sold' to me they apparently did not have in stock!
