Oct. 5, 2017 was the first time I ever went to Pepe Cadillac in White Plains. My car was serviced for the Takata airbag recall and from the moment I reached out to them to schedule, to the time I picked up my car, everything was done properly. I have had such bad service here. I bought my Cadillac upstate and used Pepe for my service since the purchase. The first time they failed to fill any of the fluids other than the oil, although in the exit paperwork they were marked as complete. The irony is that my low wiper fluid light came on leaving the dealer. They took it upon themselves to change my vanity plate to their own without asking me. They made it right by next time offering a free detailing. The next time in I had some warranty work done there and I asked for a loaner. I received a parking ticket with the loaner and promptly paid it. For some reason Pepe got a notice of the ticket and without asking me, went ahead and charged my credit card. When I called the dealer to explain to them that I had paid the ticket they refused to remove the charges even though I showed them proof of payment. It was not until I threatened legal action that they finally relented. The final straw was when I called to set up a service appointment and never got a call back. Mark was my service rep and he is a good guy but I feel there is a culture of incompetence that no matter how good a job he does the place is just another dealer looking to profit at any expense. 5 star service? I imagine 1 star service must be reserved for dealers in Iran or something. Avoid at all costs. read more

I worked with a service manager, Ron Bald, who knows the car well and was respectful, helpful and very professional. too bad the people who work there could care less about a simple instruction from Ron for me..really I cannot come back here due to that. really I explained umpteen x that I'm a violinist who cannot stand having my steering wheel set up changed and someone definitely did that. If some person who drives it for 2 minutes has to do that no matter what the manager or me asks ....well then I guess that person is more important than the customer. I don't have memory on my steering wheel set up because the vehicle was a dealer car without that perk. they were not working on anything where that was a must do to my car so ...can't say more just not happy about it and I cannot go any place that does not respect my wishes. They can move the seat anywhere they want to and really that needs to be more than enough to solve any height or other "comfortabilty issue for some guy who drives it for 1 or 2 minutes. I did not have a good experience with this dealership. The 3 "gentlemen" who greeted me did not seem to believe I had an appt. because the person wasn't there. Once we got that straightened out (of course I did have an appt.), we moved on to the test drive for a $100 gift card. It seems that they had run out of the certificates, and again, they did not believe me when I said that the person on the phone did not advise me that offer was only good until "supplies run out". I just left and will not be buying a Cadillac anytime soon. read more

If you like waiting seven hours for just an oil change, then Pepe Cadillac is the place to go! If you like being called and told your car is ready at 5 and then don't get it until 6:10, then Pepe Cadillac is the place for you! If you like being told that your car is being washed and then when you get it the rims are filthy (see pictures below) then Pepe Cadillac is the place for you! To top it off my car was returned to me with a message of fuel level low (see picture below)! I did not bring it in that way! What did they do all day? When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told we are looking for him. When the manager finally arrived, I was told that he was the sales manager and not the service manager. The service manager was gone for the day. I was also asked by him to not post a review, to give them a chance to rectify the situation. How could this possibly be rectified? I wasted a whole day and I don't see how This could possibly be fixed. When I first started out with Cadillac I thought they were great. Stay far away from this place. I know I will. I will not be renewing anything with them nor do I recommend them. In fact I am strongly against any business with them! This was Friday, I gave them until today but as of yet no one has contacted so they deserve this review. read more

awsome experience, 2014 chevy equinox LT as first time car buyer, they did a great job from showing the vehicle, test driving and paper work. i've been to a few chevrolet dealers but horrible experiences. im a sales person too, and i know if the dealer trying to low ball you with fees. sales man john gerardi takes time, not pushy, lay back, offers different deals to finalize the sale. my 1hr30min drive to white plains NY definately well worth it. my wife (the boss) kim is happy with vehicle, im cool with it. downside is that ... it sucks that they only sells cadillac , otherwise i would of recommand friends & family. keep up the goodwork. hopefully oneday i can able to afford cadillac =) - charlie - long island NY read more

I never read reviews before but maybe i should i had the worst experience with this dealership i purchased a truck from here first of all the salesman was very unprofessional and seem like manager and salesman don't speak talk to each other one does not know what other says. my temporary plates were about to expire and they held back my registration which is illegal but they did it anyways and salesman saying registration was in the mail in which it was not ,they said they mailed it out on tuesday and saturday plates expires nothing. i live one state over also drive with expires plates and i had to call the gmc consumer complaint number then called gmc headquarter for them to give me my registration but in the mean time my temporary plates expires and i could not drive the car for three days which i was making payments on. then they over charged me $600 dollars which i received a check 3 weeks later .after i get my registration i paid $340 for dealer services and this is all the non sense i had to go thru and on top of all that you would think they would apologize for inconvenience i have not heard nothing or compensate me for all the trouble i went thru buying a vehicle from them stay away they are not good people they look out for themselves read more
