I wish they would check in the first place if every piece was in stock before asking for a deposit. We had to chase them each month via phone or email to ask for an update. I know partly was the manufacturing vendor fault for not having some of our pieces, but the company did not take any type of ownership for our frustration, we asked for some type of concession but they said no. I felt I didn't have a good customer service as time went by. The initial meeting was great and that was why we decided to hire them because they were very knowledgeable. Finally after waiting two months with still no real status, we asked for our deposit back and they were not apologetic over the phone.
