Her team came home on time and did the work in between 2 major bay area storms - the team was extremely effective and got the work done efficiently and the charge was exactly what Trulee had quoted us. I also noticed on yelp that they window washed, power washed, etc. So also ask him about that. I ended up hiring him and his team to do everything, sand and paint all of our outside window frames, power wash our gutters and back patio, and clean all inside windows, window, screens, and window casings. All of his pricing was fair and reasonable. His first worker came to sand and paint all of our outside window frames, spent three days and was extremely meticulous- hand sanding them all and then painting them. We were so impressed. I wasn't here the day that the power washers came, but when I got home, everything looked perfect, gutters were sprayed clean, and our back patio was power washed clean as well. And the last step was two men that came to clean our inside windows, window casings and screens. They spent a half day and were also extremely meticulous with taking off every screen and cleaning those in the driveway, cleaning all of the inside windows and putting the screens back on. They were friendly and even brought in a massive ladder to reach my inside skylights which are very high up and I didn't even know they were doing that!
