Not only did the technicians take care of my issue, but they also went above and beyond to clean the unit and do other more "preventive" care. I really appreciated the social distancing measures that the technicians took as well. Including not having both in the house at the same time unless necessary, wearing masks, maintaining as much physical distance between myself and them as my tiny living room would allow. Weeks later my system leaks and I called them back to look at it. The man entered my house (no greeting) angry and raising his voice telling me he installed the dampers correct, extremely defensive and angry before I could even say a word. When I called the office to report his behavior, they told me "Chris is just an excited man" and justified his demeanor. They told me this was expected and should have known that my ducts weren't insulated. They never warned me about the downside to adding dampers to my system. They were extremely rude. Don't give them your time or money.
