The entire experience was uncomfortable from start to finish. At some point, every single employee I interacted with managed to be rude. The lady doing my hair, Judith, would basically show my hair to her coworkers and would start speaking in Vietnamese and laughing. Basic courtesy seemed completely absent. The worst part was during the hair washing--twice I had to tell her she was borderline water boarding me. When I politely asked how much longer it would take, especially since my scalp was starting to burn, I was met with irritation instead of concern. And the result? Completely unacceptable. I asked for a simple, even light brown color. Instead, my hair was bleached, and old hidden highlights were dragged back to the surface. It looked nothing like what I requested. When I pointed it out, I was basically told, "that's just how it came out," as if that somehow made it okay. Throughout the process, the stylist kept complaining about how my hair was "too much work," which is incredibly unprofessional. I left with damaged hair, a color I didn't ask for, and a lot of regret. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration--stay far away from this salon.

I just wanted to share I found this unassuming place randomly and I really think I found a gem. I've gotten my hair cut with Patrick twice and I've really liked his technique and time he's taken with me. I get an A Line bob and he's done a fantastic job with the length and style. I was greeted by a lady finishing up a pedicure, told me to sit down. Did not wait very long, however, I made sure to ask if she could do a full set of nude powder acrylics, with a round shape, I figured super simple what could go wrong. She showed me a couple pictures on her phone and asked if that's what I wanted, I said yes and she started on my nails To start she added way to much nail glue that it went on my skin. Then she got to the nail filing which was so painful, she missed my nail multiple times. When it came applying the acrylic she was mad that I did not want to do a gel polish over powder. I repeated to her I only wanted a nude powder or white if she did not have nude, but no polish. After huffing and puffing about me not wanting polish, Mary the owner gave her a powder which was more like a clear not close to nude. I don't think she had very much experience in doing nails, by the way she applied the acrylic like she was painting my nails an not actually building the acrylic on the nail. Within 2 hours of leaving 2 nails broke from not being applied correctly. The nails were not what I wanted, she wasted an hour and a half of my time. I honestly was so over everything and just wanted her to finish, pay and get out. Paid $60 for something that only lasted on my nails 2 hours, and at the end she questioned me about if I was going to tip her, I honestly was so shocked and laughed, still tipped her even though at that point I really shouldn't have. $10 press on would've been way better than the $70 I spent here

Without much expectations, I was blown away with my cut from Thuyen! She was very attentive to detail, took her time, and super friendly. The price was insanely cheap for the quality of the cut.
