After about five seconds, when I still hadn't figured out what he meant, he told me, "Go over there. Don't block the customers behind you." He also said, "You came too early. I don't have time to serve you. Just wait." I understand that I arrived early, and I had no problem waiting for my appointment. What I cannot understand is the way I was spoken to and treated. What made the situation even more uncomfortable was that there were walk-in customers both before and after me, yet he did not speak to them in the same way. Being busy is understandable. But there is absolutely no reason to treat a customer with such impatience and disrespect, especially when they already have an appointment. I have never experienced such an unnecessarily rude attitude at a business, and I would not return. If you had to go, DO NOT make a appointment, you ll get penalized for it, just walk in.

In a private room, the massage is a set routine with no room for personalization. With English at a minimum, there is no way to explain to work on troubled areas. Lighting is very dim and music is soft. In the same room, the facial takes place with the same person, I think. It's difficult to tell with the dim lighting. During the facial one of the products they used was very oily and it got into my eyes. Additionally, the mask product was still stuck to the sides of my face and nose. When I arrived home, I had to get a warm towel to try to extract the oil from my eyes and scrub the mask from my face. Whatever they use, it's tenacious as it took some scrubbing to remove. While the massage is a standard non-personalized routine, I would return for the massage as the prices are attractive. However, I am unable to recommend the facial due to the application and products that are used. With cash, there is a small discount.

You can remove as much or as little clothing as you like. I laid down on the comfortable table and waited for my masseuse. You can choose a male or female masseuse when you make your appointment. Laura came in and described what she was going to do. She asked if I had any areas on my body that were bothering me. I let her know my low back is an ongoing issue. I really appreciated that she asked me that and how much pressure I would like for the massage. I have to say, this was one of the best massages I have ever had. She did a combo of deep tissue and Swedish massage all over my body and also focused more on my low back. The hot stones felt really good and the heat level was just right. Parking is fine with three spots in front of the business and more areas to park on the sides. It did not seem like a busy area and parking does not seem to be an issue here. I've been getting massages in the San Jose area for years and Amanda is the first masseuse to ever ask me those questions. They also did a layer of heated towels between the sheet and the blanket that was magical and again, not something we've had done in other massage locations.
