The three stars is based off of the situation that occurred last Saturday. The first time they came and cleaned, washed and waxed my car it turned out nice and clean. They did a great job! BUT..... Fast forward to last Saturday, I had an appointment for 1pm. No one showed up! No phone call or text message saying that they will not be able to make it...nothing...I was stood up! Such a disappointment because I thought I had found a company that I can depend on to wash my car. Sadly, I will not be a returning customer nor will I use their services again. I called several times, left messages and a voicemail but no one responded. Now my quest to find a new reliable company in the AV continues. read more

If I could give a -0- Star I would because he was a no show not just once, but twice. We were having our vehicle detailed to give to our daughter on her birthday as a surprise on Saturday (6/23). We contacted CHRIS V on Wednesday 6/21 via Yelp to get a quote. We received it, asked for an appt on Friday (6/22) and he said 7am. I provided address and contact name/number. Friday came and went w/ no contact from CHRIS. We called and he stated we never set the appointment (even though I had the Yelp conversation). He agreed to come out in Saturday morning at 7am after offering to bump his other morning appt. We agreed. Surprise! He was a no-show again! I called Chris around 11am, he answered, listened for 3-min and hung up on me. I called back he would not answer. I wanted to hear his side of the story why he would stand us up again. No return call or Yelp messages from him. Now it's 12:30pm on Saturday and my daughters 21st bday party is in a few hours. Too late to schedule someone else. I've used Chris a few times before he was always on time, prompt, and did an excellent job. This time around it took me three tries to get in contact with him. We finally sit a date and a time of arrival. Chris was supposed be here at 7AM this morning. I got up early to get the cars ready. I went back and forth with whoever runs this mobile wash until we finally settled on a time and place for my car wash. When it was time, they never showed. I waited and waited and no one came. I called and there was no answer. I sent a message on yelp and there was no answer. This was weeks ago and I still havent received a response or apology. Probably one of the most unprofessional business transactions I've ever had, and not on one occasion. I contact Chris days in advance to schedule a wash and always have to remind him the day of. The guy does good work and I'm happy every time he has come out so I have given him multiple chances. I understand that falling behind on some jobs has drastic effects on other appointments but there seems to be no professional courtesy to give a heads up or try rescheduling. I have been completely blown off many times and I feel now a review is in order to share my experience. There seems to be a lot of picking and choosing of jobs they want to do, instead of taking care of the person who's next in line. FYI don't expect to be made a priority after the first time or two. I was extremely disappointed that I called around 10am to make an appt. for 3pm and no one showed up, called me or answered my call or text when I called to find out if anyone was still coming. I think that is very unprofessional to agree to an appt and then not show up or even call to say they can't make it or reschedule. Chris Castro came to my work exactly when he said he was and did such an awesome job on my suv, and I'm so picky too! I'll be always using them from now on. Only giving 3 stars on this updated review. I asked for him to set me on a schedule for every 2-3 weeks he said sounds good and he would be back, but he never showed, I even called and left a message and never heard anything back. First off, they did a really good job with my car. They even made time for me on such short notice. On the plus side, they didn't add any artificial smell to my car. I never liked my car having any other smell other than either leather or clean/neutral smell. I'd definitely recommend this mobile car wash. read more

My husband had an appt scheduled for 10 and they never showed up, called, email, sent a text letting him know they weren't coming. This is a very unprofessional way to conduct business. I messaged and received an appointment time same day, to which they were on time! The red seats on my car were stained, and Perfect Image Auto Detail was able to shampoo and remove the stains for a VERY affordable price. Will continue business with them in the future! read more

First let me say I'm not one to write reviews but this guy is VERY unprofessional. We scheduled a wash for my SUV 2/8. Chris was supposed to show up at my work at 9am I get text saying his guy will be there around 9:45am they again were a no show. I then get a text saying his guy will be there by 10am. 10 and what a surprise a no show. The guy gets there around 10:30-11. The person who came to my work was not a guy I've seen before, he looks super shady and has some shady looking female with him but I think it's ok since he works for Chris, car gets washed and I get my keys. Car looks ok not close to how it should have been. On my way to Lancaster after work I noticed my phone Charger is missing I look in my car nothing call my husband to make sure he didn't get it he lets me know he didn't. My husband calls Chris let's him know what happened Chris then tells us this guy who went out to wash my SUV doesn't work directly for him he contracted him out from another guy. So now not only do you have someone who doesn't work for you washing my car you have someone who represents you and your company who stole from your customer, Chris says he's sorry and will replace it. We are now past 2 months from when this happened. I've texted Chris several times my husband has texted him several times and we get the run around. He says he'll bring it one day and is a no show then he says he'll come another day and again is a no show. So finally he texts my husband after I commented on his Instagram today, he said he would be at our house today around 8ish we are now close to 10 he texts my husband saying he doesn't remember the charger and that he will send his sister to bring it to me. 1st if you tell me a time you better be here at that time, 2nd you texted me March 6th that you bought it and just forgot to bring it now you tell us you forgot all about it. 3rd if your going to tell me that YOU are going to bring it to me have some BALLS and bring it YOURSELF don't send someone else to do what you should have done back in February. I've recommended so many people to this guy and I'm sure he's been a flake with then just like he had with us. I just hope people realize how unprofessional this guy is. So for now on I will be spreading the word not to use his services. read more
