Picking up small items like coins or clips with thick nails is impossible. Nails are always perfect and even. First-time ever getting my lashes done and it was a great experience, despite me jumping out of my sleep because that's how comfortable Natalie made me feel Lol The process was about 2 hours long and after waking up and opening my eyes, my lashes were so beautiful and surprisingly the glue didn't burn my eyes. I'm one week down and happliy fluttering my lashes because my eyes are instantly perked up. I've gotten so many compliments on my lashes too! I told the lady I wanted white nail polish & she painted with a very thick coating that caused the unevenness of the paint. She didn't even cut my nails straight! When she did my Gel mani., it was also not painted on correctly that you can still see my nail. I don't think will be coming back. 2 stars for the sanitation between clients (sanitizing their stations). I have been looking for a good nail salon to do my nails for years now and finally I found the one. And also one of my finger nail is crooked and she noticed that she was able to fix it. I told her no it's okay I don't want to take up all your time. Other nail salons they would notice it but wouldn't even bother asking if they can fix it. The people were very friendly! However, be aware you'll be paying for more than you intended to when you come in. I came with my mom for a mani and pedi combo w/ regular polish which on their pricing menu is $52. The ladies insisted on gel polish for $75 and I said ok. I chose a single color style and the color is great, but they applied the polish unevenly over my cuticles so each finger had different edges: some were straight and some were rounded. I pointed it out to my technician and she seemed upset/annoyed when I mentioned it. She took out a drill bit and shaved away some of the gel polish near my cuticles on a couple fingers, misunderstanding that I didn't like the nail polish over my cuticles and telling me next time to tell them not to do it over the cuticles. They did some okayish french tips for my mom's nails on her hands and they did some repair on a broken toe nail that they said was for $5. The total came out A LOT more than I expected it to. Mine was the $75 and my mom's was around $120, but the receptionist charged me $230 total. I guess there's some fee along with the services or they tack in additional costs. I should've spoken up about the cost before paying, but I had other things on my mind at that time and paid the cost and left it at that. Always ask how much it'll be! read more

I came here last weekend with my sisters to get eyelash extensions done. I didn't get the name of the lady who provided her services. I've heard eyelash extensions typically take between 1-2 hours. I was the last one of my group of 3 to get my eyelashes done. The woman who did our lashes was on her phone constantly. She kept stopping and checking her phone and making calls. That's very unprofessional in my opinion. (-1 star) A worker came in the room and told the woman she had a customer waiting for eyelash extensions. She allowed that customer and her daughter to sit in the room while finishing my lashes. (-1 star) I felt like she rushed to finished. She didn't even give me a brush, or explain any after-care. Thankfully my sister does this a lot so she explained to me what the technician should have. (-1 star) After getting home and checking it out, it was uneven. I called and the man on the phone told me to come back in and they will check it out. I went back the next day, same woman fixed my lashes (still felt kind of rushed) and they look even and better now. I appreciated that she actually fixed it and didn't try to charge me or tell me I was wrong. (+1 star) Would I come back? Probably not. Would I recommend this place? I don't think so. Went here for first time for my nails today. I looked at Perfect Nails on yelp to see the reviews Kelly got very good positive reviews so I made an appt for a gel fill. Kelly did a great job and I didn't have to wait but a few minutes. I know delays happen occasionally but I believe you should be able to get started within 10 minutes or so. My nails look great. It is hard to find someone who takes their time, does a high quality job and puts polish on neatly. Kelly did all three! I was happily surprised to find out Kelly does pedicures and waxing as well. I will definitely be back for Kelly. The shop is nice and well ventilated. The front desk service is great too, very professional and friendly. Hopefully, I have found my new salon! Changed my rating because I called in Sunday 6/25/17 around 430pm to set an appointment up with my regular nail tech, Kelly (also my mom's regular). The woman who answered the phone said her (Kelly) earliest appointment was 130pm and I said I would take it, but she then said another nail tech by the name of Tran or Tien would take care of me at 9am and pushed that onto me without asking or consulting me first. Mind you, if Kelly wasn't available I would've asked for someone else maybe Leanne or Esther as I've worked with them before, but I would have asked for a different day if necessary. So I called back and said that I did not ask for a different nail tech and that I wanted to cancel the appointment. She hesitated and reluctantly did and told me my next appointment would be for Tuesday at 9am with Kelly. The woman on the phone then said her name was Tien or Tran. I honestly thought this was terrible customer service. I have no problems having a different tech perform the services, but as a customer, that's only if I ask for someone else. I've had others do my nails here and I've always been pleased, but also that was when I asked for someone else or when Kelly wasn't available. I've been going here consistently because Kelly has been so consistent and so patient and she's also so nice when it comes to her services and also with her customer service. I'm pretty picky with my nails and she knows how I like them, that's why I come back. An incident like this could potentially affect my view on the business, but I'm hoping it doesn't (because we all know how hard it is to find a new nail salon) and hope they talk to the staff about how to interact with customers, especially when it comes down to customers who've been consistent on coming back (I come every two to three weeks to get a gel mani and regular/deluxe pedi and will usually bring my mom as well). read more

They try to overcharge for things you didn't ask for. I came here for a regular mani/pedi with my Mom, we each got a regular mani/pedi with regular nail polish, but I didn't even get paint on my hands just a manicure. We paid $120 which is outrageous and on top of that we left a tip. Their prices listed when walking in state $52 for a mani/pedi so it didn't make sense. ALSO, I told them when I sat down TWICE that I wanted a basic pedicure and they still shoved a pedicure menu at me even after telling them I didn't want anything extra. When paying, the girl said that I asked for "color correct" which is why I had to pay more and I have absolutely NO idea what that even is. I spoke to two other people that have been here before and they had the same experience of being overcharged and them trying to upsell everything to you. Safe to say, I will NEVER return here. Got SNS/dip powder nails (40$)... friendly lady (tee?) but all she did was file my nails and did not even bother to soak, cut cuticles, buffer, etc. when I asked her 2x why she didn't she said because it cost more money and kept insisting not to do it, when I said I'd like it. Maybe it was because she had an appointment who came in early and rushed mine. For a manicure that normally takes an hour especially with dip, it took her a total whopping 15 minutes. 40$ is cheaper for dip, but not worth the rushed poor manicure. read more
