They don't deserve a 1 star! I just came from there where the woman cut me so close to the skin as she tried cutting off my previous acrylic, and I was bleeding. She was rude and all she said was to put glue to stop the bleeding! When I displayed pain and I complained why she cut so closely, she said "what you wanna do, put the glue or sit here complaining?" I wanted to wait for a minute because it hurt and I was bleeding and I wanted to alcohol it since I'm type 1 diabetic and didn't want an infection. We left and called for the owner of manager, they refused to give the owner's name and put someone on the phone who first pretended to be a manager. On Monday we're calling the BBB and the Health Dept. I went to another salon for advice and they said she should have looked underneath the nail to see how far in she could cut, but she didn't. I received a gift card so of course I tried this salon. Much to my surprise it was very pleasant with great service from a girl named NADIA. I asked for my toes to be done and also wanted some nails, it's been awhile so I thought why not. When she was done with my AMAZING FOOT JOB we went to her nail table but communication had been misunderstood and she did not nails except for manicures. I don't like switching people for any reason when I'm getting great service so I didn't get nails but a GREAT manicure with French tips. unfortunately this place doesn't seem to remember how to apply regular nail polish. I take a break from gel from time to time. My manicurist was nice, but i accidentally bump my index nail after she was done & man was she pissed & treated me poorly. Of course this is after I pay & give a large tip. I have never been called out in front of the entire nail salon like that before. "Sit there!" "sit here!" "Don't touch anything!" As a walk-in, I understand that there might be a wait. Seeing a spartan staff, I asked how long the wait might be. There was no answer. I was immediately led to a pedicure chair with warm water run for my feet. Wow! I was impressed! Over a half an hour later, the water was now cold and I again asked how long. "Just a little while." A young woman added more warm water as I was now really uncomfortable and "trapped" because there was no towel available. After another 15 minutes (we're up to 45 minutes in the water now), one of the technicians came over and placed a chair and two towels in front of me, presumably to begin. She then went over to the register, chatted with some folks, and started a manicure on another customer. I used the towels to dry off to leave. I explained to the young woman that if I knew it would be 45 minutes I could have certainly come back. I believe that the tactic of putting a customer in water immediately is to keep him or her there. I will not return. read more

All the staff are very friendly. The price is a good value because most nail salons in the Summerlin area tend to overcharge. They also have reward points for regular customers. Perfect nails has friendly staff, they never fail to make you laugh. There store is clean and well decorated with an array of gel colors and regular polish. The girls and men are amazing nail techs, they always make me feel like 100%! My boyfriend and I got pedicures and he had a good time. I stopped here about a week ago for a manicure and a pedicure and when I walked in the ladies looked at me as if I wasn't supposed to be there and also made me wait about 10 minutes just to sit down and the place was far from busy. The lady rushed everything from the pedicure and manicure, kind of like she was ready for me to leave. My nails and dead skin were done terribly, a few days after my hands look like crap and peel of dead skin. Been here 3 times but i won't be going back. I asked for a polish change and got a shitty polish job. The polish was all lumpy and when i tried to ask for her to fix it she said it will dry smooth!!! Once she was done it was still lumpy so I had them repolish with another lady who seemed bothered. Then i went back to fix my toe I scuffed two days later and got a shitty polish job on that toe too. I didn't get charged but I tiped for the fix but didn't notice the horrible paint job until after I got home. I wouldn't of tipped if I saw how my toe looked. Horrible service!!! read more

This is got to be the worst nail salon in all of Las Vegas. the health department really should look into this place as soon as you walk in the door there's such a bad odor coming from inside. And it's just so filthy. They open at 9 but nobody is there at 9 usually one person shows up at 9:15 today there was eight of us waiting and there's one person inside. I used to go there all the time when the old owners own it this new girl who says she's just a manager is the owner and all she does is sit at her table and order more shoes and clothes on the computer nobody's interesting in cleaning this place.
